Are you playing this competitively or casually? Since you're asking for advice, I'm assuming competitively, but correct me if I'm wrong. Also, I'm assuming you're just running a bunch of Plains as your mana base, but it's still useful to see how many.
First thing: If possible, try to play 4 copies of a few cards instead of 2 copies of a lot of cards. You can get a lot more consistency by cutting a few less useful cards.
I'd cut: Spirit Mantle - Aura strategies and token strategies kinda run counter to one another, focusing on one creature vs making lots of them. Purify the Grave - Graveyard spot removal is like life gain - not very impressive if the card doesn't do anything else. Keep a copy or two in the sideboard at most, but it doesn't really belong in the main deck. Bonds of Faith - same as above True Conviction - This is a gigantic win-more card. If you're winning by turn 6, you won't get much more out of it. Archangel's Light - This card doesn't help you win, it just helps you not lose. Even as a singleton it probably won't be worth the space. Runechanter's Pike - Since you're not specifically relying on instants and sorceries, there are probably better equipments you can use.
If you can, I'd fill out the deck by adding more copies of cards you already have. Thalia can stay as a 2-of since you don't want to be holding multiple copies of her, but Fiend Hunter and Champion of the Parish can definitely go up to four copies. I'd also move Timely Reinforcements to the main deck. Ray of Revelation is good, but are you running green sources for the flashback? Otherwise it's just a worse Demystify - which i know isn't standard-legal, but still, you can get the most out of the card by running a couple Sunpetal Groves.

I have 16 plains, 1 forest,1 swamp, 1 mountain, and 1 island. this is mainly for strata scythe since i am looking for another one. I do play casually, but i play competitive drafts. i can get more fiend hunters but the champions might be a problem. i just wanted another opinion so thanks ^-^
i put all colors in just for the fact that the people that i play with tend to all play the same color and also so i can have variety in case they change their deck colors

heavymetalhunterium I have 16 plains, 1 forest,1 swamp, 1 mountain, and 1 island. this is mainly for strata scythe since i am looking for another one. Speaking from experience, Strata Scythe works best when you don't have to depend on what your opponent plays. +5/+5 on an equipment is enough to be threatening; you don't have to make your deck less consistent just to cover all your bases. If you use it to react to what your opponent is playing, you're not actually benefiting any more than if you had just gotten rid of a Plains. Also 20 lands isn't very many. With a weenie deck like this you can get away with 22 at the least, but 20 will just make you mana screwed a lot.
