Suggestions:

Have the main forum be OOC (unless people feel like casually posting in character), make a serious RP subforum, a casual RP subforum, and a text messaging subforum. It really is a huge part of RPing in this fandom, it's taken over Omegle completely and it's what we've been doing for this event.

For stickies, an intro thread with rules in the main forum should be enough for now. We should also make a list of users and their mules so we can keep track of who's who, and who likes to RP who. In the texting subforum we could *call* those people by quoting them.

I have vacation next week, so I'll have nothing better to do than make it all pretty.

That's what I'm tasking myself with figuring out. I'm thinking that if you wanted to, say, be Sherlock and annoy John while he's at work, you could make a thread with a dull title that states who is texting who. In the thread you could invite someone to RP with you by *calling* them.
