-His Rival is Blitz
Background Information: He grew up in the same orphanage as Blitz before he left to find the akatsuki. The two acted as if they were bloodline relatives and never left each-others side. when Blitz left, Hikari also planned his escape. Before going, both of them vowed they would be a better ninja than the others. Thus they began to train in attempt to be the better ninja.
After Blitz's "exit" from the akatsuki, the two once again met up and began to rival again.
