Biography: She was from a wealthy noble family in a different continent but due to unknown circumstances, her entire family disappeared, leaving her the household. Feeling uncomfortable with just sitting around being a lady when her family was gone, she decided to use her magical abilities to join in with a guild so that she might be able to one day find a clue to what really happened. Not that you could tell she has any sort of long-term goal with her attitude.
After visiting all of the well-known guilds in her own country, she decided that they were not strong enough. After visiting the overly destructive and violent Fairy Tail, she was completely turned off by the idea of guilds in general until she found Blue Pegasus. After several successful missions, she was actually nominated to be one of the Ten Great Mages, but since she was from a different country, her name was crossed out.
Ability: The fan she has is a current conductor. It can control wind currents within a radius of 40 meters, water currents within 15 meters. She can create powerful gusts of wind or water outside of her radius but not control it. It blends well with her other, natural ability of releasing a hypnotic scent. Anyone who sniffs it comes under her influence and act pretty much subjugated to her. Even animals can be affected.
Her secondary weapon is a coil of whip tied to her left inner thigh. She only uses it when her passive magic is not enough or when she thinks her opponent needs more punishment. It enhances the static that she collects through her frilly clothes and the electrons gathered in the air when she uses her fan, and turns it into heavy voltages she could use on her opponent.
