First and foremost on the list of BS I have to deal with because I was enlightened to what was occurring here because of a friends much appreciated phone call.

1) For each individual involved in this guild I will tell the truth of my current RL predicament. I have been absent for some time for some simple reasons...because of familial and financial issues I went through a month of homelessness for the month of December. I am married, with a 1 year old child, but me and my wife are still together, though living separately at the moment. Long to explain so I will not. I finally got my mother to allow me to stay with her at her home. I have not had internet until recently (extremely recently, since I paid for it and had it installed about a couple weeks ago), since about a month ago I finally got a job working as a dishwasher at Golden Corral. Thinking I was finally turning things around I registered my 150cc Power Scooter so that I could get to work (which is approximately 1 hour away from my home by vehicle). A week and a half later, i was in an accident. I got sideswiped by a car and hit the ground at 40 mph, rolling several times before coming to a stop. The car sped off...and my cycle was stolen 4 days after the accident. I escaped the accident relatively unscathed, several road rashes on my arms and knees, and a torn tendon in my right knee...which has kept me out of work for about 2 weeks now. So I am sure you can understand my absence given the facts. On the rare occasions I was able to get online I always made an effort to check in on the guild and it's members, even if I did not have the time to post. If anyone would like to continue talking trash about this guilds leadership, you may talk to me now that you are aware of SOME of the facts.

2) On the origin of Guild Leadership...I wont even bother telling all of you, especially Zeke, that Ownership doesn't make you a guild leader. If, and I say this name because I did not like your tone, Rain, you really believe that Rylos was the "original founder" of this guild you are sorely mistaken. Much of the original storyline and ideas first represented in this guild were MY creation, a product of MY imagination. I will in no way say that Rylos did not contribute to the process, because he did, but most of the first imaginings of this guild were my idea, not to mention the subsequent arcs, storyline, backstory, and planning. The decision to use Rylos' profile to house the guild was agreed upon by both him and myself. Mission planning, major decisions, even member acceptance was deferred to me by him. ALMOST ALL OF WHAT YOU HAVE SO MISTAKINGLY CALLED "HIS GUILD" BELONGS TO ME. I first moved the guild to my ownership as a safety precaution...but I am in no way about to move it back. I don't see the point bickering over who has guild ownership...because between me and him in the very beginning it wasn't even a concern and I am not about to make it one. Having crew access is all but the same thing anyway.

3) "This guild went down every since Malice came into as a Captain, back then he was a good rper and ran things well when Captain Rylos was the Captain now, everything is going downhill because of him and his stupid followers, you know who you are and I'm ashamed that you don't give extra respect for someone who made this guild and was THE founder of the Outcast, you Jedis are all the same...."

This comment is a personal attack on me, such a fact is plain to see. Mind you this comes from the person who would not have been given his position if not for me, since it was I who first brought such a promotion to Rylos...who was at the time my equal in this guild. I am the puppet master in the shadows of the stage you fool, and you are following the puppet. In my absence this guild has died numerous times, even when your beloved Rylos was posting regularly. I have made new additions to, and laid plans for continued guild missions each time I knew that I was going to be unable to post. This guild going downhill...Rylos speaks about how he can only post in a few locations, but need I remind you...his continued absence in the main guild mission, and his failures to post in said mission was why I had to come up with an idea for us to move on without him. BE HAPPY I WENT WITH MY OWN PLAN RATHER THEN WHAT THE MAJORITY SUGGESTED!!! I was told to kick him, kill off his char, and continue on without him by the majority of this guilds members, instead I decided to have him captured in the hopes that he would return and continue posting. By doing so I even laid the groundwork for continued missions that had the capability to become very exciting. I called and mentioned this to my friend Zero, whom you all know as Rylos (yes we are actual friends in RL, he lives about a mile and a half to 2 miles away from where I am staying), to alert him to what had been done. He actually LIKED the idea of being captured by the two most notorious Sith of the Separatist period. I came up with a method of discovering him, and layed the groundwork for Janlu and Hoshi's missions. I gave Janlu full creative control over these missions, asking that she work closely with Hoshi when planning them. Mission planning of this depth and magnitude must be done carefully and will take TIME! Anyone who is unhappy with the length of time between announcement and commencement can bring their arguments to me, I can assure you, they will be IGNORED! If any of you believe that you can run this guild better, structure it better, come up with fun and interesting material for missions better...then by all means...GET THE H*LL OUT AND MAKE YOUR OWN GUILD! I will not tolerate, nor will I allow such things to go unpunished. I do not mind taking suggestions, this in no way is a hindrance to the guilds effort. Constructive criticism is accepted, but please for the sake of all that is good in the galaxy, leave the malicious attacks to Malice.

**I can't believe I even have to post this let alone deal with someone who is MEANINGLESS to me both as just a random person I know online who has always been the cause of more problems for me then as an actual help, as well as a self proclaimed "White Knight" who doesn't even know the true facts of what the hell he is talking about. On another note...I'm ashamed that "the former leader of this guild" as it seems everyone refers to him, allowed this to continue, instead of simply 1) Not replying 2)stopping the arguments between Rain and Kitsune 3) Elaborating to all parties the truth of the original "ownership" of this guild. How very upsetting, and unlike a leader. But then...I guess we Sith are just...well I don't even know but I guess I'll ask Rain sometime since he seems to know all about the difference between jedi and sith, given the fact that he isnt either. Oh but thats right...he is force sensitive...which is something "I" allowed...because Rylos didn't know if he should.
