Before anyone starts making their rpc's, you first need to know the basic rules and guide lines for doing so.
1. To start, you can only have one rpc, unless given permission from at least two VC's/the captain to have more. This is to prevent one person's inactivity from holding up several different areas of the guild. As we find that people are able to handle more rpc's, we will allow them to create others. 2. No matter who you are, you're not allowed to have more than one rpc play as a dragoon, winglie, neromancer, or member of any other main group. You can have one rpc be a dragoon and another be a winglie, but you can't have both in the same group. 3. You can not have an rpc in every main group. This is due to the limited number of available spots. We prefer that you only have one rpc in a main group, but will allow for up to two. Remember that they can not be in the same major group. 4. No op rpc's. I can't stress enough how annoying it is to have a bunch of op toons pop up. Now, there will be very rare exceptions to this, such as the main leaders of certain groups or areas having a bit more power than normal. This is simply because leaders tend to be a bit more powerful, but this power gap is going to be relatively small...just enough to be noticable at best. Anyone who wants to make one of these rpc's will have to first get approval from the captain and all VC's. 5. If you want to make an rpc for one of the main groups, you'll first have to request it as well as show that you can handle one of the more important roles. 6. No overly revealing pics...I need not say anymore on this. 7. Fill out the skellie completely. If you don't, it'll be ignored. 8. Don't make your character a race that isn't on the list. 9. Pm profiles to Nandoral, Donie, or Xaven the Raven for approval. DO NOT post them in this thread untill after you've been cleared to do so. This is so that, if any mistakes are made, we can let you know and you can fix them before they become public. 10. There is a stat system that will be used to guage your rpc's strengths and weaknesses. When filling out the stats, keep in mind what race your rpc is, for that will affect some of them. Example, dwarves are naturally on the slow side, so there shouldn't be any that have a rating of A in that field 11. When giving your waepon stats, remember that they are to include all weapons your rpc knows how to use, not just the ones they always have on them. So if your rpc knows how to use a sword and a bow and arrow, but only carries the sword on them, you still need to include stats for both. This lets us know that the character does have knowledge of the weapon even if they don't have it with them. 12. If you obtain any weapons that aren't on your rpc's list before you start posting, you will be considered to have no prior knowledge of how to use it and will start with a low rating for said weapon. So if you pick up a dagger to fight with, but that weapon isn't on your list, your ability to use it properly will be minimal untill you take the time to learn how to use it.. 13. Stats should be done with an alphabetical system. F, D, D+, C-, C, C+, B-, B, B+, A-, A and S are the ratings you can give each stat with F being the lowest and S being the best.

The following list contains the races that your rpc can be. It also tells you what form of magic, if any, that each race can use. Each race has a g, b, or both next to it. These letters tell you if the race can be on the good side, bad side or both. Please keep that in mind when making your profile.

This list tells you what you're strong against, weak against and other stats based on what your element is.

If you're fighting against an element that is weak against yours, than your magic gets a 10% power advantage. If you're weak against the element you're fighting against, than it is 10% stronger against you. If your using an element that isn't your own, but compliments you, than you will have a 5% power boost. Please reffer to the chart above to find out what elements go with or against you.

This is a list of all positions that are still available, as well as who is playing each role. Some of the groups can have more people added if it becomes needed, but the number of dragoons is set in stone.
