Made a Valentines Day card for my bf.

Started off with some prismacolor pencils, scratchy outline in different colors. I then blended it with a colorless blender.

Then I added the hearts and music notes. Cut out people from constructions paper and did the same thing with their hearts (pencil then cut out.)
