Personality: Shinsei is a very calm and respectful person. He seems so mellow at times and will rarely respond to any type of insult. Abilities: During shikai, all of Shinsei's attributes stay the same but he gains foresight. He can now see moves about 3 seconds before they come and is able to counter it most times.
Attacks:
• Kaiten-ryoku(Revolving Force) - By snapping his fingers an white shield forms around his body instantly, repelling any attack or attacks in Shikai rank or under. Bankai attacks will have reduced damage. This move can be used offensively or defensively.
• Kage no chikara(Shadow Force) - Shinsei makes two clones of himself which have 2/10s of his strength. They explode upon impact, knocking the opponent back with amazing force.
• Iyashi no chikara(Healing Force) - Shinsei is able to heal any physical being to a certain extent. He can heal internal damage as well as minor breaks in bones.
Bankai
Release Phrase: No more games Ten no kuroi taiyō. (Celestial Black Sun)
Appearance: Bankai
Abilities: During Bankai Shinsei basically has the "Perfect Defense" and can't really be touched. There are a few loopholes in his defense which only he knows for the time being.
Attacks:
• Ten no chikara (Celestial Force) - Once the opponent comes within 3 feet of Shinsei he can levitate them and either slam them into things or push them away. He can also squeeze them hard enough to break bones but that is all.
• Tentai no iyashi (Celestial Healing) - Shinsei can now heal a person back to full health, repairing any injury possible (Even death, though it's only possible ONE time.)
• Ten no kurōningu (Celestial Cloning) - Shinsei can now create up to 6 clones of himself with 5/10s of his strength. They can withstand up to Shikai rank attacks before they explode and force back the opponent.
