 Lewis had decided that morning to go walk in the forest. He had brought a book and a basket with some provisions. His goal was to find pretty flowers to decorate his house. He was having fun and was enjoying himself until the sun began to set. He looked around him but he didn't know from which way he had came. He chose a direction by chance, thinking how regardless of the direction he took he would eventually find a house or something. After a few hours of walking, the sun had almost completely disappeared and he began to be afraid. He lived alone, so no one would worry or go looking for him... The tears came into his eyes that he saw a castle in the distance. He ran with all his might and he entered without knocking. It looked so old that he thought the place was abandoned. When he entered, he closed the door behind him and went to start a fire to warm himself up. He sat on a sofa near the fire and simply gazed at it. His plan was to stay there until the sunrise, and then go back into the forest.

 Up in one of the rooms, a bedroom, quite lavishly decorated, like everywhere else in the castle, on a large sized bed covered in dark blood red sheets and blankets, a human seeming form was nestled down under the covers, asleep. Heavy dark curtains were across each window in any of the rooms, the blonde sleeping there had shifted only slightly hearing the castle doors, despite his room being far from them. Hazy eyes blinking open, he was all too aware of the sudden presence, since no one and nothing had been here in so long. As Kirin sat up, he furrowed his brow almost angrily, wondering who it was here and trespassing. Though maybe now he'd have some fun, after so long. The way he moved, it was if he glided across the floor, a robe pulled on around his body, loosely hanging open around his chest, the blonde lazily pushing his hair back. Moving down the hall silently, he glanced down over the stair's railing, frozen a moment. He had expected...well anything else, like a thief, or some other annoying interloper. But, sitting there on the sofa, from what he could see of the person from behind, the male was beautiful, that long hair, that frail, thin form, the pretty and feminine features. It sent a chill sort of through his spine, he wanted him...to keep him here, make him his, having already decided that seconds ago. Smirking, he stepped back, kind of shadow dwelling, hiding, watching the male, he wanted to see if there was anything else he would do for now, or if Kirin would get a chance to get closer while the pretty male slept...if he did. (Lol I didn't want to rush it, and have Kirin rather come storming out and angry, and spook Lewis...I got an idea XP...for him to make Lewis stay...)

Lewis was starting to be in need of a little snack, which he found when searching through his basket, finding a sufficient little something to nibble on that there was left in there. He got up and began to look the room over, and then a second one and in no time he was lost in that huge gloomy castle. It frightened him, to be honest; there was no light except the torch he hung out with him. He was now in a big library; he had the strong impression of being followed so he hurried to take a book to forget his fears. I'm alone...don't worry... Having read two novels and being halfway through the third, he finally fell asleep but he was shivering so much that it kept waking him up and had him looking around every now and then, still convinced that there was someone near. He got up to find something to keep warm, but there was nothing. He had the choice between burning books to keep warm or cover himself with a long curtain. "I would feel bad to burn such beautiful books... So the curtain shall be my bed." He went to get one of those long black curtains. He settled on the floor, tangled in the curtain, and he was now asleep.

Kirin stayed within the shadows, smirking, intrigued with watching this pretty male. He followed him around, seeing him in the library that room just seemed to fit this one, like it was the right kinda thing to associate with him, bookish it was cute to associate with him. Now if he had seen Lewis go to put the books in the fire, he'd likely blow his cover now, but seeing him grab the curtain and roll up in it, looking a bit small and well shaken, being wrapped up in it. Sighing, like finally he had gone to sleep, Kirin glided out from his hiding place, going to where the pretty male lay, he just kinda scooped him up, curtain and all, since he'd likely wake him up trying to detangle him. Smirking just imagining how their...encounter would go when the male woke, he had it all in mind. Reaching his bedroom, Kirin laid Lewis on the bed, managing to untangle the curtain a little from his body, also pulling a blanket over him, giving him that extra warmth, and watched as after awhile his body relaxed, instead of the shaking from before, since it had been cold where he was before. Kirin laid himself on the bed, not really intent on falling asleep, but he just watched the sleeping form for a bit.

Lewis in his dreams felt like he was flying; he felt light. He had no idea what was happening with his body, but it felt good. He no longer had that feeling of fear but rather a feeling of comfort. He felt secure then he began to find his curtain comfortable...even much warmer. It thus went in deeper of a sleep, through his dreams. Then, after a few hours, the sun was not up yet that he began to feel watched as before. He slowly opened his eyes; he was afraid that something would jump out at him. But nothing. He stared at the ceiling while nice and warm under the blankets and he could not see around him. He realized he was no longer in the library. "But where am I? Did I walk around in my sleep or what? ...It's so strange, it must have something to do with this castle..." Then he sat up in bed, seeing something next to him he slowly turned his head. Seeing someone there, he jumped and fell out of bed with a blanket or two. "W-who are you?! You crazy?! W-we don’t stare at people like that and…and…" He had a blanket pulled over his head; he was so scared that he was near tears. He did not want to catch his eye so soon and he especially wanted to hear his voice, to make sure it wasn’t a ghost or his imagination.

Kirin watched as the male slept, he just had such beautiful features he couldn't help it. Of course it was also funny when the sleeping form had jumped up away from him. He had watched how he woke, seeing those beautiful blue eyes that held his attention, he just wanted to get lost in them. He watched the male go tumbling over the edge of the bed, blankets in tow, listening to him he smirked as he heard his words. Seeing the male basically hiding under the sheets, he moved and slid off the bed moving over to Lewis and crouched in front of him, the robe he was wearing basically sliding off his shoulders. "Mhm...crazy...how about rude...And I mean you...this is my home and I can do what I want in it...which includes staring at the little trespasser who I so graciously let share my bed so he wouldn't freeze," saying everything easy for Lewis to understand and kinda digging it in for him to get that he was in trouble. Smirking he tugged the blankets and moved what part was hiding those pretty blue eyes, looking into them now, "you trespass onto my land and expect there not to be consequences?" Having a devilish little look like you didn't know what he might do. He was waiting to hear what would come out of the pretty one's lips now.

Lewis was relieved to hear the voice of the man but he was again anxious to understand his words. It's true that I'm not home ... He was red with shame. Never ever would he have reacted like that while not at home, it was completely rude! The opposite of what he was. When the stranger uncovered his face he could see the red on his cheeks. Lewis saw the bare shoulders of his interlocutor; he stared at them anything but subtly and then looked away quickly. I'm not going to do a fixation on something as mundane as mere shoulders! Then he heard the words that appeared being words of threat or warning. "I'm sorry sir... I thought the castle was empty...and I got lost in the woods and I needed a place for the night. I intended to leave in the morning ... and thank you very much for your bed." His head was very low hoping the man would forgive him, for then the curtain around him. "I am very sorry for your curtain ... and your books were very interesting ..." He raised his head to watch the golden eyes of his hosts. "Is what I can do something to redeem myself? "

Kirin smirked watching the expressions on the oh so red face, hearing his words, he hmphed about the thinking the castle was empty, "quite obviously it isn't..." Reaching a hand out, cupping Lewis' cheek, "the curtain I don't care about..but so glad to see you have...taste," meaning about the books. "If you had been some common thief...or I don't know what...I think I would have just eaten you up and that'd be the end of that..." His smirk slightly flashing the little tips of fangs. Tilting his head as if thinking though he knew his answer already, "yes...it is..." His hand brushing along his cheek and moving under Lewis' chin tilting his head up a little. "If you want to be forgiven your trespassing...I want something in return...I want you to stay here with me...I'd gladly welcome the company of someone so exuisitely pretty..." Smirking waiting on his answer.

Lewis had a shiver down his spine thinking that the man spoke truly of books... He was there ... but how ... Then shivering increased. Is he... a serial killer... or a creature of hell?... I want to go home and forget about it... The smiles of the man managed to combine Lewis' emotions. The smile gave him some scary shivers but they warmed his heart too. He did not notice the small fangs, he was too busy watching his eyes...they were so mesmerizing. Lewis listened to what choice he had to repay debt. But... I do not have much choice... I'll have to stay here... I hope it will not be too terrible to stay here a moment. "Okay I agreed to stay here for a few days. So let me introduce myself my name is Lewis, and you are?" He rose slowly, once up he was supprise to see that he was more short then him. He really is impressing... and...attractive... ho my god stop thinking like that! It must be that castle and him... "Do you want me to do the housework or meals while you go about your business?" Lewis tried not to blush, looking away a bit.

Kirin couldn't stop his smirking with this pretty one's reactions, so adorable, naive and innocent. Standing as Lewis agreed to stay, though he almost chuckled at the few days, saying to himself, 'mhm a few days...i think not...Lewis...heh...he will soon realize.' He fixed the piece of clothing he wore as Lewis stood, "You may call me Kirin...this is my home as you now realize..." Tilting his head thinking about it, "mhm yes...the housework...i myself have grown lazy with keeping a lot of the castle maintained...only my room and the library...a few others..." saying there were those few he bothered cleaning. "I want you here...as a companion...i am bored and need the company...and...the entertainment..." Smirking turning from Lewis about to head out of the room, "I will show you around...you can ask any questions while we walk."

Lewis was blocking on the man's name, kirin. Wow this is a beautiful name, it looks like the name of an ancestor creature in a fantastic books. Ho, you're not lazy? I would have never guessed. He laughed his head a little on the side. It was very apparently he did not like to clean up seeing the cleanliness and appearance of the sinister castle. "At least I'll be useful!" Lewis liked the thought of being useful. It was a good way to be forgiven. Entertainment and company...it sounds fishy... like word..whatever. "I'll come visit you sometimes so if you do not like loneliness, I'll be your friend." He smiled tenderly, he was sincere. "Yes, good idea I would not get lost while I do the housework! I follow you."

Kirin knew what his name was from, a mythical horned creature, usually surrounded by fire in paintings, and was to bring serenity and prosperity. Something like that, which he smirked about thinking how interesting if that were true. Sighing, listening to Lewis, 'I couldn't trust you to come back...you'd run from me if you got the chance,' glad he wasn't facing Lewis as his expression darkened at that, that was why he wasn't saying anything about the few days, he didn't want to let him go, and Lewis would realize soon enough what Kirin had meant by staying. He sensed Lewis following along with him, without turning around, he led him from his bedroom through each of the halls, first to a bedroom near Kirin's. One he actually kept cleaned and Lewis could stay there, it was lavish and dark like his, "this is the room you can stay in...rather then the floor," smirking just kinda teasing about that, joking around. "Anyway, you'll find this a warmer space..." letting him look around before he continued, walking him along through the castle, there were many rooms, the curtains in all at least the best maintained, since Kirin needed those to stay up on the windows and not break off. He needed the darkness, but otherwise the rooms were dusty or anything else. There was a kitchen when they went back down, the foyer, or living room where Lewis was originally, and lastly again the library. "That should be it...for my showing you around...are there any questions you have?"

Lewis watched all the details and he found his future room very nice but a bit too gloomy for him. Fortunately he was not going to stay here long. "I should not get lost... I seem to remember paths and thank you for the room, a bed is much appreciated! I like your castle, with a little more light and flowers; I could live here! Haha ~ " He chuckled quietly and went to revive the fire he had do earlier. "The sun will soon rise; we would be able to open the windows to get a little more heat and light!" He went along a few books. I'm so in love with this library! "I do not think the question ... just maybe, you are not tired? You probably have not slept since I'm in your castle." He took a new novel and came to Kirin with joy to the heart.

Kirin bristled when Lewis was talking about letting in more light. The flowers he didn't mind...it was sunlight that was his problem. He watched Lewis seeming all happy and cute flitting around, making sure to make his point when he came back to him, frowning a little, "I don't need any light in here...the curtains are up for a reason so leave them be..." Slightly harsh toned, reminding himself to calm. "t-the books...they're better in a dark environment...the light would damage them..." trying to make that an excuse. Lowering his eyes before he looked back up again at Lewis all giddy with a new book, he reached out and brushed his fingers lightly over the book's cover. He shook his head a bit, "I've slept enough..." thats all he ever did in his lonesomeness.
