Hello everyone!
If you have recieved the annoucement, you know what this is about.
I am wanting to ask the guild members what I should do to resolve the issue.
Many people have broken the guild rules, so many people, that it would take a month to fix all of it.
So I have decided to leave it to the guild members to decide what to do to solve this issue.
Should I restart the guild? Or can someone think of a better solution?
I do not want to loose any of my guild members... But at the same time I would prefer to keep the guild up. But it is at GREAT risk of being shut down by gaia because of the rules that have been broken...

well you can try to restart the guild if you think that help, but keep the same rules and themes and all. But also have the crew and the memeber try to enforce the rules

At the moment with the rules that have been broken and to save the guild it would be more reasonable to whip it clean and begin a new and enforce more of the rules with better monitoring so that you will not have to face the problems again.

sleeping is for dreaming well you can try to restart the guild if you think that help, but keep the same rules and themes and all. But also have the crew and the memeber try to enforce the rules That's what me and one of the vice captains (well one of the only active vcs) were thinking. But I'm afraid of losing guild members... But I guess keeping the guild open and losing a few members is better than the guild being disbanned and losing everyone...

that is true besides some of the guild memeber have stopped replying if something doesn't suit them or they just all toghter stopped. just do what you think will be the best intrest for yourself and the while guild

What you need to do is send an announcement saying 'Hey we are in deep trouble if things dont get straitened out' and such tell the members what is up and if the problem is not addressed the guild will be shut down. If you lose member after stating the truth then so be it. You need to take the problem with full force, if you mossy around the bush it will not salve anything.

^.^ Ahehe Sorry for the late replay to the Question But I do think just cleaning the whole thing out and then getting some up dated rules will be a good idea Sorry if what i think is bad DX At least I tried.

A simple clean up shouldn't be too hard to do. You could always look on the bright side and consider it something to do. I always have to look for something to do.
