Appearance: The blade separates into thousands of Ice shards.
Abilities: Much like his ancestor Byakuya, his zanpakuto has the ability to attack and defend. These shards also have the ability to freeze things they touch. The ice is very hard to melt and as such it will be hard to counter the ice shards. The immediate area will drop to freezing, this will make it hard for most opponents to move as fast and react as fast as they normally do.
Attacks:
• Blizzard- Hundreds of ice shards swirls and shoot towards the opponent, within the circling shards the water particles in the air will freeze and create more ice shards to use in the attack.
• Flood- At first this attack is all liquid, after settling the liquid will freeze do to the temperature. And it can be used to freeze a person or objects.
• Ice Storm- Using the thousands of shards he will force them to rain down upon the opponent. Also the shards can be controlled and thrown from any angle to cause the opponent little options for dodging.

Bankai
Release Phrase: "Bankai"
Appearance: By dropping his blade into the ground, a large mountain made of ice will rise from behind Shikairu. It will the explode cuasing countless ice shards to cover the immediate area.
Abilities: A much larger version of his Shikai. The area will become dark and drop well below freezing, causing movements to be restricted. The shards can be used in many ways, and with his Bankai being one of the most powerful ones to exist yet Shikairu decided to only use it if it was absolutely necessary.
Attacks:
• Ice Ball- The shards will swirl around both Shikairu and his opponent, covering a large area. The shards will circle at high speeds keeping everyone outside out and everyone inside in. The shards will attack from all angles and at extreme speeds.
• Ice Sword- Condensing the ice shards into one sword, this will increases its cutting power, as well as make its freezing properties much more dangerous and harder to melt or heal. Ice wings will then form on Shikairu's back enabling flight, and increasing his speed while in air. He can only attack once in this form, making the one attack very strong but avoidable.
• Senkei- The true form of Koori no Hahen, is created by his blood, which glows and turns into spiritual energy, mixing with the tiny blades of his Bankai. This unites the scattered shards into complete glowing swords, numbering in the thousands, that form four rows. These rows float just above the other, and circle around Shikairu and his opponent in a continuously moving, column-like array. It abandons defense in favor of a concentrated offense. Though visually menacing, this form is not meant for attack from all sides; rather, it is to concentrate his power into fewer blades, thus increasing his attack power. While Shikairu can mentally control these swords as he does his regular blades, he commonly calls them to his hands for actual melee combat.When in his hand, they lose their glow, and take the form of his sealed Zanpakutō. While they seem solid in this state, the swords can just as easily dissipate back into the multitude of tiny blades that they are made up of. It seems to take fewer blows from a Senkei blade to gravely injure an opponent than the multiple cuts needed from the unfocused Bankai. The Senkei also cages himself with his enemy, allowing neither combatant to move very far from each other, though the area is still large enough for maneuverability. The most effective use of the Senkei form is that it allows for use of all the swords at the same attack level, making it highly versatile as a way to effectively defeat an enemy unaware of the danger of the situation. It is extremely rare for him to use this ability, doing so only when he has sworn to cut down the opponent with his very own hands.

Extra: Eyes of a kill, his stare can place fear in even those who have never experienced fear before. Tactician, In most situations there is a way out and Shikairu can most likely find it. Kido Master, even if he doesn't use it as often as he should he has mastered it and can use it with out most incantations and the power only slightly decreases. Shunpo Master, he has easily mastered all the techniques associated with Shunpo.

Background History:
• Shikairu being born in the Kuchiki family he was royalty and even so he never was truly part of the living world, but it never really got to him to much. Shikairu knew everyone of his family including the ones he never actually met. The Kuchiki family was always known for their power and respect for others, Shikairu has always called people by their last name and rank to show respect. Shikairu passed through the shinigami academy in a year, most students couldn't imagine graduating in a year. Shikairu is now the head of the Kuchiki Clan and wears Kenseikan under his bandanna and Ginpaku Kazahana no Uzuginu scarf at all times.
Shikairu mastered every aspect of being a Shinigami rather than just focusing on one or two specific areas of combat. Shikairu was granted a seated position in the 6th Division, which was where he wanted to be placed in the first place. Shikairu became a feared Shinigami in battle and a loved one outside of battle, he was very popular with the females. He always had at least one girl on his arm or waiting for him in his barracks, Shikairu didn't deny the women and slept with everyone of them that offered as well as accompanied them to many events, of course that led to women fighting over him and him being hit a few times but no matter the accusations the women never stopped wanting him and never stopped coming to him for attention.
Shikairu trained everyday despite the ladies being all over him, instead of wasting away his days he trained very often. His Shikai was gained shortly after his promotion to third seat of the 6th Division, and he was even more feared than before, and upon his release more women fell in line to attempt their chances at getting with him. Shikairu worked hard to get the respect of his captain, but it didn't take long after hanging out with him that girls would swarm the two, and the captain loved the attention every time he would set out to spend some time with Shikairu. Shikairu was placed in the captain's good graces and they then spent more time training and hanging out than doing missions. Soon Shikairu became the lieutenant do to him becoming a much better shinigami than the previous lieutenant, soon Shikairu was able to use his Bankai. Shikairu was then a threat to the Captain of the 6th division, in fear he asked for him to be transferred and for the Head Captain to keep him from knowing that he requested the transaction.
Shikairu was transferred to lieutenant of the 1st Division due to the previous lieutenant falling ill and dying due to an attack from an outsider. Shikairu stayed in that position for years to come, only to watch the Head Captain die from the same enemy as the previous lieutenant of the 1st Division. Shikairu was the only suited option to take the position of the Head Captain, not too much later he felt colliding spiritual pressures they seemed to both be at equal levels and both felt very familiar Shikairu showed up on the scene to see Ayane and the current Kenpachi fighting. SHikairu didn't stop the fight rather he was intrigued to see if Ayane had become strong enough to defeat such an opponent, seeing her victory made him happy and also a bit worried that she would now be a target for many more opponents to come. Shikairu was just glad to finally see her once more, since it had been awhile since they last seen each other. Shikairu let her keep the title of Kenpachi but his decision to allow her to be a captain was still not decided as of yet.
