Time to PLOT WITH REYNARD AND HIS SIDEKICK HANOVER WOO WOO

Okee dokee I guess I'll just... fling this here

Reynard's current state and location:

On the road in Southern Imisus, literally has nowhere to go (might fix this with a bit of a solo)

Immediate short-term goals for Reynard:

-He needs to figure out that Hanover is a plague. That's going to shape the direction he takes. It would be best, for this reason, that some of his early RPs, if not the very first one, be with an experienced Grimm who can explain things to him. Idk if the Grimm will need to actually see Hanover (she'll be out and about) or if any Plagues (Excito or whatever) will be able to tell immediately??? I AM OPEN TO DISCUSSION ON THIS, I would prefer it happen in-rp

-He needs to learn what he should do as a Grimm. I don't imagine he'd given it much thought. This could be worked out RP or I could do this in a solo, so this is sort of minor.

-He needs to get his feet underneath him again in some sense. Maybe some help, or even a place to sleep for a night or two? Once again, I can fix this one in a solo if I gotta.

Long-term goals

-HEAD TO GADU, HOBNOB WITH SCIENTISTS
-GET A DAMN JOB AND A PLACE TO STAY
-JOIN FACTION (SCIENTISTS ALMOST 100% AT THIS POINT Y'ALL)
-GET INTO UNIVERSITY
-MEET METAL MAN FOR DENTIST APPOINTMENT

uhhh that's all I can think of for the moment? 8| Anyone wanna brainstorm? :3

Um, Kalends is also kinda clueless about his plague OTL... but if you wanted to meet up/roam through Edgecrest Kalends could accost guide Reynard through the city to an inn or something you know, show him all the best thiefy places there to eat--Kalends is actually kinda srs bzns about his food lol. preORP!Kalends doesn't know much about Plagues, but he could talk about general Plague facts that he knows-- like how they're status symbols, how Kalends thinks he's stolen one lolol, and the existence of stunteds. postORP!Kalends could talk about more current happenings with plagues ie. this treason business, but would still be convinced that his satchel just had a plagued item in it rather than it being actually plagued.

IDK current Kalends is not all that useful information-wise /kicks other than for general exposition at this point. :T

I STILL WANT RP WITH REYNARD SOMETIME/SOMEHOW THOUGH JUST SAYIN'
/may or may not be entertaining hopes of Hanover taking something pretty from Kalends and then K. having an EPIC STRUGGLE to steal it back

Ohh, that would be a very interesting meeting. Quiet, straight-laced former clerk plus ROGUISH THIEF? I sense the potential for hilarity. Reynard and Kalends meeting would be an interesting early RP. They might not uncover the truth about his mysterious magpie companion, but it would be useful for Reynard to speak to someone who knows how to live on the road.

Also yes. Hanover should totally do that. And given the first opportunity... she will. KALENDS AND HANOVER WILL HAVE A THIEF-OFF...

WELP Reyrey himself will not be in St. Cobb for a while (I want his return to be part of a solo, most likely, or for plot reasons) but you are free to RP in St. Cobb, of course! I don't have a wiki entry up yet, but there's still plenty of info in Reynard's quest entry, if you'd like some guidance.

BUT BY ALL MEANS GO THERE. HAVE A GOOD TIME. GET DRUNK. I am still very excited and honored that you'd wanna RP there. ;o;

OH YES the hilarity. Kalends would be really confused why a grown man didn't know the basics of travel/wouldn't be prepared for a long trek, but he'd probably get so flabbergasted and angry that he'd inadvertently help Reynard out anyway. Kalends is effectively out of the ORP, so let me know when's convenient for you to make this go down! ^.^

HEHEHE I look forward to that. Kalends being all "What? No... you're... YOU'RE DOING THIS WRONG HERE LET ME SHOW YOU" AND YES. RIVALS. I also look forward to that, KEKEKEKE...

I got a few more small things I wanna finish before I hop into RP, but I should have things settled by Monday evening--would that be a convenient time for us to meet up, have some discussions, and, if all goes according to plan, make a thread?
