Hi everyone, I just joined this guild and it seems like a really friendly place to improve and share art! I was working on a character design for a story of mine when I took a break to look on Gaia and found the invite to this guild, so I think, Hrrmm, why don't I ask them what they think of my WIP? So I'm going to post the WIP, let me know if I should change anything or keep it the way it is and continue to work on other aspects of the drawing.  Oh, and let me know if you think I should livestream working on some of it!

Didn't get any responses ... wooo ... Anyways, I continued to work on it and am almost finished with the line art.  Let me know what you think, I'll check back in the morning, for now I have to go to bed.

Yeah, I felt like something was off about the chin. Can you elaborate on that? ^^; I'm not sure if I get what your saying. Like is the chin too far off to the side?

Is there anything you think I should change? I was thinking about working on the hand that is resting on her lap, but I'm not entirely sure if I should mess with it. Oh yeah! you should let her arm rest right next to her like she's using it to support her back and sit straight or put her hand behind her?? idk, something like that.. ~but she looks like she's leaning onto something thought, but nothing's there it's like she's about to fall @D@!! .. but i think that's just me, do whatever you want heart

Thank you. ^^ heart it's like the line of the chin should be upper and her neck line a little to the right (this is optional for your drawing) and you're welcome happy to see you wanting to better yourself

Yeah, she's leaning on something, I should probably add that in before I get too far ahead of myself, thanks for the reminder of that. ^^
I'll keep what you say in mind, it even gives me another idea for a pose for another character of mine. Thanks! heart

You're right, the chin should be higher up. This is kind of a chibi so I wasn't entirely sure where to put the chin line because of the slight angle of the pose. I'll try moving the neckline to the right too, just to see how it looks.
I'm always looking for ways of improving my art level, it really makes me sad when people don't try to further themselves or if they ask for tips they reject them.
