You can choose a mission corresponding to your rank or as long as you have a team member with you of the corresponding rank. Those of higher ranks can even choose lower ranking missions. Every mission comes with some sort of reward. Fill out the mission skeleton and post it. Once your approved to go on it then you or your team can. Some missions require that you to have a team to go on it.

Mission Name: Find lost dog
Mission Description: you are to locate and bring back the fully grown Rottweiler dog to its owner Miss Fujiko. The dog likes to hang out around the restaurants in the village.
Mission Reward: 5,000 Ryo

Mission Name: Fixing the Roof
Mission Description: The roof at the hospital needs to be repaired. The medical ninja have their hands full with patients.
Mission Reward: 6,000 Ryo

C-Rank (Chunin):
Mission Name: Feeding the island Turtle
Mission Description: Locate and bring the favorite foods of the Island Turtle to it. The food can be found in the forest border. The food include three large fish, and two oak trees.
Mission Reward: 20,000 Ryo

Mission Name: Capture the thief
Mission Description: A ninja of chunin rank has stolen a scroll containing a forbidden jutsu. Your mission is to get the scroll back. What you do with the theif is your decision.
Mission Reward: 30,000 Ryo
