Background Information: Kobi was a cast off. He never really go to know any family in Kumogakure. He traveled as a child across the lands in search of survival but never found it. After he grew into late adolescents, he found out about his inheritance of the rare kekki genkai called magnetic release. He studied it and worked on it for years on end. When he returned to Kumo, he trained there with some high ranking officials. He also came by the knowledge of having white lightning which was a supreme rarity. After a while he wanted to study on how to become on of the speediest ninja in existence so he learned some secrets from magnet release. After practice and knowledge of his skill set he utilized it to surpass his classmates and join the ANBU ops for very high classified missions. As Trigger took over Raikage, he soon found out that he was related to him. Kobi now likes to hang around with him and pull his leg, but he leaves when Trigger is upset and angry at something.
