Scroll of Anubis: Seal
The user covers the slain opponents with cursed seal markings, draining the chakra, before returning to the scroll. This only works on recently slain people.
Scroll of Anubis: Chakra Drain Technique
This jutsu allows the user to infuse a weapon with the sealing technique, allowing each strike to drain the victim's chakra into the cursed seal markings on the weapon. This technique steadily drains the users chakra while sustained, and prevents the use of the Release technique while active.
Scroll of Anubis: Release
There are two forms of the Release. The user places their hand on the curse seal and makes the hand-seal to release the jutsu, Releasing the true form of Anubis. The seal moves from the scroll and covers the users body in curse marks that glow orange. The curse marks give the user considerably more chakra, enhanced strength, and enhanced speed. A stream of sand cylones around the user, providing guard against taijutsu and small weapons/explosions. The sand can surround an enemy, trapping them in place. The curse however slowly drains the users life energy, the orange glowing dimmer as the user weakens. The second form comes when a lot of damage is taken. The curse marks become purple and the user is surrounded in a purple aura. The Stage two moves require this form. The user must either release the chakra or seal it back into the scroll of Anubis.
Scroll of Anubis: Miasma
The scroll releases a dark purple gas from the curse mark seals, which will choke and blind temporarily until the user becomes accustomed to the chakra. The mist also hinders vision and blots out chakra signatures, anyone who tries to see through with Dou Jutsu will only see darkness. Anyone in the miasma will be unable to use genjutsu techniques, due to the blending of the user's chakra with the mist's chakra.
Scroll of Anubis: Curse Mark Seal
The user grants a single curse mark from the scroll to someone. The curse marks double speed, strength, and chakra, but slowly kill the user. The user must train to increase the length they can use the mark

Scroll of Anubis: Hundred Needles Technique
The stream of sand forms one hundred sendbons around an enemy and penetrate to the center, gathering in a sphere of sand. The sand aborbs the enemy's chakra as they die from the wound, and more sand appears around the user.
Scroll of Anubis: Soul Harvest
This is an unusual jutsu. When the user is on the verge of death, they use this technique to seal themselves in the scroll, locking their power and soul away forever. The user glows black and eventually fades in a purple mist.

Scroll of Anubis: Ten Blade Technique (stage two)
The user's blade is infused with dark purple charka, which is used to sense when a victim is hit, and make the wound more deadly. The chakra from the blade draws the sand stream to attack the victim with ten slashes of sand, each hit draining chakra.

Biography
Relationships:
His family was once a prominent shinobi family in Sunagakure. One of the ancestors was one of the first shinobi to arrive and explore the area. Doing so, he found an ancient temple buried under sand that he found by accident. Inside was a small burial chamber, with a giant black and tan scroll floating above a stone slab in an orange haze. He took the scroll, and found inside was a sealed sand-demon named Anubis. He offered power to Kuruma's ancestor in exchange for the chakra of the dead to fuel his power. Thus the scroll came into Kuruma's possesion. The scroll only works with those of Kuruma's blood. It will go so far as to attack someone attempting to use it by covering them with curse seals and draining their chakra until they release the scroll. Although classified as missing-nin, he retains a secret tie to Sunagakure.
Background Information:
Kuruma was trained as a little child to bind with Anubis using the techniques in the scroll. He trained so hard he was the rank of ANBU at age ten. He was loved by the village for his lethality. But the exstensive use of the cursed technique took a toll on his mind, as he and Anubis became more bonded. Eventually at the age of sixteen, the story is he went crazy in the night and attacked the village, first slaughtering his parents, then the very ANBU squad he worked with when they tried to stop him. Kuruma never went crazy, but he became a new being, half Anubis, half himself. The person and the demon's minds were completely in sync, and became one. He took on the name Kuruma, and travels the land, looking for the strongest shinobi to take power from. The seal is fused with the chakra of many hundreds of lives, making Kuruma very powerful. He isn't a psycopath, he only seeks the chakra of those as strong as him. He won't hesitate to fight to kill however. Kuruma is actually a much more sinister weapon than meets the eye. He was given a classified mission from the Kazekage himself, that he was to go rogue, cut his ties from the village, and travel across the land, increasing his power until he could lead Sunagakure in an assault on the rest of the Hidden Villages. He killed his family and Squad in order to make the scroll more powerful. They willingly died to strengthen the village. Only he and the Kazekage are aware of this mission however.
