Question: Do you mean in Gaia or RL?
In Gaia seams like it could happen, but if you mean RL, that could be a little hard to do, though has been done. You call for a meet up of bros and some bros will come.

In Gaia. we should make our own rally, name it after one of the Mane 6 and all join in for a big pinkie pie style party!

yeah I'd go to it, providing I'm on at the time of the get together and I know where we're doing it (not IRL tho, cuz nothing happens near my town...)
