He loves the rain. He was once lost in the rain, and survived. His parents were glad, but every time it rained, he would want to go out in the rain. That's why they took him to vacations to places that Rain a lot. Besides that, he loves to draw. He just draws, and takes notes on things he needs to know. He draws very quickly. This comes in handy when he's drawing people executing hand signs, so he can learn the same jutsu.
Well, he's just that guy who sits down.. Nothing really interesting about him.. He's very skillful in combat. He can lead his Village to victory if he puts his mind into it. Scraggy is just there, bored because there's nothing to do.. He's never let his village down. He fights for his Village, and mostly his friends. The thing is, he doesn't call anybody friend. He knows how people can be. They can be fake at times... He chooses wisely who he talks to. He never had any real people called friends... Not since his best friend deserted him in a mission to die.. He didn't die, and he never trusted anyone again.
