Invisibility is not a common power, especially in college. Kasumi Shiro is invisible. No one notices he's there. The teacher never calls his name for roll. The gym teacher doesn't call him for the drills. Even his parents have forgotten about him. ??? sees Kasumi. He is the only one who does. One day, Kasumi drops his things when someone bumps into him. No one took notice. He was about to pick them up when ??? helps him out by doing it for him. But Kasumi is so frightened that he runs away. How will ??? catch Kasumi? Will he make Kasumi visible? Or will Kasumi disappear into nothingness before he finds his true worth? RulesNo Godmodding No Cyber No one liners, please. Character(s)Kasumi Shiro (White Mist) Age: 20 Year: 2nd Year Likes: Drawing animals, listening to rock and classical music, his little brother Dislikes: Being invisible, the night Appearance: History: I wasn't always in visible. It was just me and my parents. I was the guy everyone looked to for being a genius artist and violinist. Everyone knew in town knew my name. I had plenty of friends. My life was happy. But then he was born. My younger brother Tsuki Shiro (White Luck, age 15). He took everything from me. He drew better than me, he could play both the violin AND piano. My parents dstarted to dote on him. I was pushed aside as everyone around me went to him. I hated him. Well, I used to. At the time, I was 12, and he was 7. I was slowly starting to become invisible, and my hatred growing. I was on the brink of losing it, when Tsuki came to see me. He looked at my art and said, "everyone says my works are great, but nii-san will always be the best to me!" And then he smiled. Like that, I found it impossible to hate him. And so I didn't. Sure, Tsuki continued to grow ever popular while I disappeared. But as long as he came to hear my music and look at what I drew, I was ok with it. Soon, he left home and started attending school abroad. I stayed home, not that anyone ever noticed. I'm used to being invisible, but it doesn't mean I like it. Name: Kuroi Okibi (Black Blazinf Fire) Age: 21 Year: 2nd Likes: Gothic Rock, Thunderstorms, cats Dislikes: rude people, sorrow Appearance: History: I’m just another guy in another every day life. I was born into a home with a loving Father and mother. But I was lucky to even make it that far. I was supposed to have a twin brother, but he never made it. When I was told I was going to have another chance to have a brother I was excited, but it didn’t work. My family was depressed about this and I’ve always wondered if they wondered what my brother would have been like. Because of this though I got the attention for two from my parents. It was so much that I had to move away to go to college. It was too much for me. They noticed my too much but I fit in well and blend in here. I like it.

{The bio was just fine. Sorry. I got caught up in some things.}
Kasumi woke up with a tired sigh as the sun flooded his room. He grudgingly glared at the character with a special date circled. "First day of second year. Damn..." He really wasn't looking forward to school. He just knew that no one would see him. Not to mention, the teachers would take even less notice of him until they see his papers in the pile. He really hated his life. "But I won't die yet. No...they cannot kill me."
With that, he stood to his feet and got ready. Half an hour later, he was dressed and walking down the street to school. He didn't bother going places to eat. He was forced to grow and harvest in order to have daily meals. Sometimes he simply starved waiting for harvest. It wasn't idea, but it was much more preferable to dying in silence.

Kuroi had over slept. When he finally opened up his eyes they were wide and he raced to get everything done. He was so glad he had pulled out his cloths the day before this was the worst case sinario he could think of. He skipped the shower as it would have taken too much time. If he haad a break he could shower in the gym locker room.
Ten miniutes after getting out of bed he was rushing out of his house to get to class. He was greatful that he had a good job that got him enough money for lunches as he ran down the street with a piece of toast hanging from his mouth.

Kasumi was gradually making his way to school. He was right around the corner from the campus and was in no rush to get there. Suddenly, thought, upon round the corner, he collided with another person who was in a rush. With a sigh, he pushed himself up from off the ground. He wasn't expecting an apology. This was a normal occurrence since no one really 'saw' him anymore.
The 'invisible' looked up, out of curiosity, just to see who he ran into this time. "Really? Toast hanging from your mouth as you run, late for school? What do you think this is? A shoujo manga!?"

Almost there. Kuroi was almost there and he was going to be on time! ROunding the corner he lay on the speed when suddenly he hit some one. He was knocked back a bit and once he got his barings back he looked at the guy he had run into. Books were every where and he knelt down to help.
"I'm sorry I didn't know any one was going to round that conrer."
The young man smiled at the shoujo comment.
"My alram didn't go off, but yeah it does look like a Shoujo page doesn't it. Here let me hel you carry these in."
Picking up some of the books he offered a hand to the other boy.

Kasumi was about to pick up his things on his own when the other's voice suddenly startled him. "Ah!" He looked up, eyes wide and face paling as he saw someone speak to him. "Ah...ahh..." He was so used to talking to himself, the ability he once had at having a normal conversation was long gone.
Even though the other was helping him pick his things up, he wasn't moving at all. He can see me? He can see me! Wait, what? He's...talking to me! Quick! Say something! But what? Anything! Hold on, what's a normal way to greet someone? I don't remember! Kasumi was trapped in his own confusion, staring at the other who was helping him. "Uh...um... Heh." He smiled then, getting an idea. "You because you helped me doesn't mean you've scored any points, idiot."
Almost immediately after he said it, his mind processed the situation and he regretted saying what he had. Crap! That was the wrong thing to say!!!

Kuroi looked at the other young man and smirked a little as he saw the slight panic in his eyes. He was uncomfortable with talking to people huh?
"I had no intention of that."
Waiting for him to stand he walked with him inside and to the other's locker.
"The names Kuroi by the way. Pleasure to meet you."
He had no clue if he would ever see this guy again but it was commen curtusy to introduce ones self.

Kasumi was a bit relieved when the other didn't take immediate offense to his harsh words. Still, he didn't like this situation and quickly got to his feet, grabbing his things as he went. Fleeing inside the school, he hoped to lose the other inside the crowd. But the other managed to follow him all the way to his locker. Actually, it was quite weird for a college to have lockers, but they had temps for everyone and mainly those from far away.
When the other introduced himself, he shook his head. "I'm not...someone pleasurable to meet. You'll forget me soon enough."

Kasumi took his books back before making a show of ignoring the other. He placed the unnecessary things inside and started walking to his class. Luckily, no one had arrived yet, so he took his seat and pulled out a book to read as the waited.
As the room began to fill out, soon, the roll call was passed around. As Kasumi signed it, he passed it to the next person, who then made an uproar over someone 'not in the room' signing the list. Even if he spoke up, his voice would not be heard. It was normal. Being invisible, being unheard...it was the same. Soon, the teacher had to calm everyone down and assured that someone of that name was on the roster, then made a joke on it possibly being a ghost.

Kuroi went to his locker and put his jacket away and the books for his later classes. Walking to his class he noticed the boy he had run into but said nothing. Siting down a little more out of sight to him.
The roster was passed by every one and he looked to where an name had parcially been erased. Writing it down on a scrap piece of paper he hid it away before Writing his own on the list and passing it along.

Kasumi gave a tired sigh, not amused by the assumption of his circumstances. They aren't completely incorrect. I AM something of a spirit. But it's not like I wanted to become this way...
As he took his notes, something very freaky happened. Sitting there, the pen in his hand was scribbling away like always. Suddenly, he hand turned transparent and the device fell through his hand and tumbled to the floor. Immediately, Kasumi had a bad reaction to it. An increased breathing state had him caught in between freaking out and trying to stay calm. With a bit of concentration, he returned to the way he was. "...hah...hah...that was...ungh...I have no time left, do I?"
What happened next completely startled him. At the same time as his dilemma, someone nearby had noticed the pencil tumble to the floor from the empty desk where no one was supposed to be sitting. With eyes widening, they wondered from whence did the pencil come. At this point, Kasumi's breathing problem had begun, unknowingly scattering his notes. This caught more than one persons' attention. Papers scattering from no where? Panic had the entire classroom in a uproar now! There really was a ghost student!!!

Kuroi was taking notes like everyone else. He was turning the page in his not book when the room paniced. Looking over he saw Kasumi and a some what paniced state and every one pinting at his desk. They all spoke as if there was no one there. Felling a little bad he wrote a not on a pice of paper and walked over with it as he went to pick up some of the paper.
"Relax guys it was just a breeze. A janeter might have left the pencil there for some reason."
Calming every one with a very lame excuse he picked up the papers and placed them back as they were slipping the note on top.
'To Kasumi Shiro: I wnat to talk with you. Meet me out front for lunch.'
Sitting back down he resuned taking notes.

Kasumi was so obsessed with what his hand had done. He continued to concentrate on it, to make sure that his presence had normalized once more. He ignored the cries of his classmates, but he did take note of someone returning the scattered scatters and pencil to his desk. He also took notice of the extra piece there. ... ...? A...a note? This isn't mine...
After a moment of hesitation, he picked up the note and read it. "...!?" Someone...wanted to talk to him? At lunch no less!? Kasumi took a look around the room, searching for whoever gave him the note. Quickly, his eyes settled upon the familiar face of the boy from before. For some reason, he felt the need to recall the other's name. "Ku...roi...wasn't it?"
Later, after a few more classes of taking notes and being ignored, lunch time came around. He slowly walked, having no desire to be trampled beneath a crowd that refused to see him. He took a seat at a table far away from others, where none would notice strange happenings. Like that, he took out his lunch and started eating. Though, it was plain rice with natto for a side.
