Kimari. I'm not a fan of Blue Mage characters in general. I know they can be powerful, but I never know who gives an attack. And Kimari was not only this big ugly blue thing, but he was also a Blue Mage that could use enemy skills only with limit breaks.

your freakin insane kefka was the toughest most diabolic villain final fantasy ever had he commited genocide on an ancient race of beings commited mass murder for no reason and then became a god and destroyed the world to rebuild it in his image. name one other ff villain whos done all that
