... so i've bin trying to write a song about my sad mood but its not working and my songs all fail.
I'm sorry about all of that, I know how it feels when a close friend moves away. As for the above, try writing the music or even just a melody before writing the lyrics. They'll come with the tune. Possibly even before that,figure out a drum beat. It's harder to match a beat to the melody than doing it the other way around.

crying And as for THIS part... I have to agree with your dad. Relationships that start across the minor/adult age barrier often don't work out. I'd wait until you're 18 if you think he's really worth it. If he refuses to do that for you, then clearly he's not.
My current girlfriend dated an 18 year old when she was 14. It was a huge mistake and, well... It didn't end on the friendliest of terms. He ended up stalking her for the rest of her freshman year. It's not worth that, trust me
