Chakra Protection I:A shield appearing as flames the same color as the user's chakra with small lightning bolts swirling around it. At this level, the shield will absorb small projectiles (kunai and shuriken), and weak jutsus. If hit by a stronger jutsu or a large projectile, the shield will dissipate and leave the user of the shield light-headed for a few minuets. Taijutsu passes through the shield at all phases.
Experienced:
Chakra Protection II:The flames of the shield intensify as the shield grows more powerful. The shield cannot withstand huge projectiles or extremely powerful jutsu, but can take stronger jutsus and attacks than the first phase. If broken, the user will be dazed for a few minuets.
Sharp-eye I:The user's eye-sight increases dramatically, allowing projectiles to be thrown more accurately from a farther distance.
Advanced:
Lightning Veins:The user's hair stands on end as static electricity flows throughout the body rapidly, causing anyone to make physical contact with the user to get a severe electrical shock. Also increases power with lightning and water based jutsu.
Mastered:
Chakra Protection III:The third and final phase of the chakra protection shield. The lightning bolts of the shield grow and swirl rapidly around the shield. The shield can withstand large projectiles and powerful justus but not, say, ones like the Rasengan. If the shield is broken the user will become light-headed, and not be able to use jutsus for a period of time.
Sharp-Eye II:The user obtains eyesight better than 20/20 and can spot enemies from about a mile away. Projectiles can be thrown perfectly at this point.

Unsheathed Storm- Activated by using Dog Hand Seal. When the user's hand is flat and he/she swipes with a hand, a current of lightning that looks like a blade will appear under the palm when the swipe takes place.
Shock Wall- Activated by using the monkey, hare, then ram hand seals. A wall of lightning shaped like 'IIXII' will appear in front of the user guarding from attacks
Water Whip- Activated by the rat, dog, then ox hand seals.The user creates a whip made of water that can wrap around the opponent. The user can also channel lightning chakra to shock anyone wrapped in it.

Background Information: Vanzell was born into the small Kekai clan as an only child. Over the years he was enrolled at the Academy, he learned that it was easy to learn the jutsu, yet for him, it was incredibly hard to master the techniques. One day he came home to find his parents murdered as a random act of rebellion. He was then sent to live with his older cousin, Zenon. After passing the academy, he became a genin, training with his older brother all the time. When the time came for the Chunin exams, in a twist, at the final part of the exams, Vanzell was forced to fight his brother in order to pass. With him only knowing three justus, it seemed like he would loose. But, in the middle of the battle, his Kekkei Genkai awakened, allowing him to use the first stage of Chakra Protection, the Kekai clan's technique passed down through blood. He barely won the fight and almost died in the process. Once he recovered, he earned the title of Chunin. Vanzell continues on his quest to become a great shinobi.
