Shikai Appearance: When summoning his Shikai has just gets his sword out and points it in the sky and Lightning strikes down and changes his sword.And then after the lightning is gone it forms into a gun.
Shikai Abilities/Powers:
~Raiu (thunderstorm): Thunderstorms cover the sky and lighting starts to fall.Light can control the lighting how ever he wants he could tell it who to hit and if hit by the lighting you would get shocked though out our body and start to bleed from you ears, eyes, nose, and mouth.If this lighting keeps hitting you from the sky soon enough it will start to drain the energy out of you. Another thing that she could do with attack is that he could call out to the storm and to give him the element lighting.When he does this the lighting would be going into his gun.When the white line on the gun glows yellow that means he could start to shot yellow lighting with great speed.(It kind of like the gun of Coyote Starrk the espada)
~Jigoku hibana(hells spark):Light could make a lighting of hell that is black and dark red out of the sky and he could do that same thing like in thunderstorm but this lighting also has poison and he could do other attacks with hells spark.With get speed like a lighting Light could easily come behind you and slash you with a the Hell lighting that he could hold with out getting hurt.When hit it will paralyzed you or poison you so you would have to face your worst fear in your mind.It would make you think that it is real but to would be just wasting energy. You can not get out of the fight of your worst fear unless you go to shikai or Banki.And if paralyzed you cant not move very fast or cant not use any flash step but you could still move a bit.
~Kanzen seigyo (complete control) Light could control every lightning.With this attack he could make the clouds above his turn to dark red and black.In time it would start to rain and lighting would be coming down.When it starts to rain thats means that hell lighting and lightning is forming.When Light just says that word "fall" lighting and hell lighting would fall from the sky and lock on the target and will explode in contact.If it explodes on you it would kill you slowly or will badly injure you.
Shaikai Restrictions:The more lighting attacks he uses little by little he kind of gets slower.

When does so he would appear next to him and fight with him.He would only have his two guns like in the picture.(One shots lighting and the other shots hell lighting.)And with his new sword he could do any sword attack he wants and shot lighting or hell lighting on his target cause now the gun and sword or one.When he shots its just like ceros but they really lighting and hell lighting like.(like Coyote Starrk's gun again)When the spirit fights its just like her moves but more bigger, stronger, and faster.He could tell him when ever he wants him to leave or not.
~Kemono yobidashi (beast call) cheetah is called out as a crackling lightning cheetah .It is sent to bite ,slash and claw the opponent .When the opponent lets his guard down Light says”katsu”(explode)and the opponent is left shell shocked or paralyzed or he could control it to heal her wounds or a allies wounds.(It is two times bigger then a normal cheetah)
~Denkou fukushuu (lightnings revenge) Light could make lighting fall and trap the target and there is no way out it is shaped like a square.When inside you can not touch the wall or you will get badly shocked and will become badly injured. IN time the walls starts to closes in on you and the only way out of this move it to go to Bankai.
Bankai Restrictions: If he uses more Hell lightning he'll start to lose control with himself.
