You can choose a mission corresponding to your rank or as long as you have a team member with you of the corresponding rank. Those of higher ranks can even choose lower ranking missions. Every mission comes with some sort of reward. Fill out the mission skeleton and post it. Once your approved to go on it then you or your team can. Some missions require that you to have a team to go on it.

Mission Name: Find lost dog
Mission Description: you are to locate and bring back the fully grown greyhound dog to its owner Miss Fujiwara. the dog likes to hang out at the hot springs a lot.
Mission Reward: 5,000 Ryo

Mission Name: Baby sitting the twins
Mission Description: Baby sitting the twins, Theodore and Felicia, while their parents, the Kawa's go out. Duties include fixing them something to eat, helping them train, and getting them to bed.
Mission Reward: 6,000 Ryo

C-Rank (Chunin):
Mission Name: Retrieving the Jofuku flower
Mission Description: The Flower can be found in the Jofuku Forest which is on Mount Jofuku. You are to find and bring back one of the flowars to one of the nurses at the hospital.
Mission Reward: 20,000 Ryo

Mission Name: Capture the thieves
Mission Description: Three thieves have stolen hair peaces from three individuals in the leaf, Naraka at the academy, Ryan at the BBQ House, and Andrew at the hot springs. The thieves were last spotted at the Naka River.
