This is just a little something for us more, erm, "seasoned" battlers, so we can help you, "non-seasoned" battlers, become better.
Next up, are the Tutor, and Tutee applications, Tutors will be tested, sorry but it sort of has to be that way, and Tutees may just fill out their form~

Tutoring Qualifications : well versed in EV/IV training heck I wrote an essay on it. I usually have or may easily obtain the pokemon necesary for breeding egg moves natures IVs etc. IV heard from many opponents that i make really good coherent teams and somewhat see that as my specialty. We do not currently have an experienced and proficient Double Battler assigned a tutor's position, but I am currently looking around for someone who would be up to the task. But until that point, your tutor will be RisingDarkness9. ... Or it could be a look of somber silence struggling with fear...

Well, I can at least tell type advantages/disadvantages most of the time. Even during battles. Which is always good. I haven't really tried for competitive battling too much though. So, I suppose you could say my teams tend to be geared more towards in-game, rather than being more versatile. I don't even really know much about Sweepers and all, or rather how to properly raise them. cat_sweatdrop I do know how to IV breed, but I don't actually know how to find out what the IVs are. And I haven't even tried EV training, though I do understand how it work. At least at surface value.
