So just got minecraft ( real not cracked ) any advice , i've already had my house Destroyed by a creeper and already learned that Gold is basically useless , anything else i should know ?

Well u can use 10 or 14 obsidian to make a nether portal and then use a flint and steel to light it up and then goto hell or you can hunt enderman for there orbs and get endereyes wich can lead u to a stronghold which has the portal to the end where u fight the only and last boss of minecraft and u can see the ending (also make sure ur prepard) you can add mods to ur world or if u know anyone u can find a server and play with people smile in my case im working on a server i havent posted anything up razz other then that go look for diamonds, etc... and gold can be turned into gold nuggets which in turn can make a golden apple (best food in game) and since 1.1 came out u can get apple easir

Mob Rules:
Creepers: Explode when there about 1 block away from you. (they used to be easy to predicts but now the expldoe easir best way is kill em from afar with the bow and arrows and if they get close jus try to explode them in an open area)
Enderman :just take a block but if you put your crosshairs on them they freak out and start teleporting and atking you (best way to kill make sure you have a sword and once they teleport look behind you but dont look at them until there close enough to hit)
Spiders: can climb walls so make sure your shelter has a roof or a lip. when they atk they jump towards you it can get iritating at times (In sunlight they wont atk you unless you atk them)
Zombie & Skeleton : Basic Minecraft mobs zombie jus atkes your by coming up to you while skeleton try to kill you wiith arrows. They Both Burn in sunlight.
Cave Spiders: Usally found in Abadonded Mineshafts same concept of spiders but blueish greenish color and if they hit you they have a chance to poison you really iritating mob.
SILVERFISH: the swarming mob also the mob i hate the most they cloak themselves as a stone block so when you break one they come out of the block and if one comes the others will spawn really..rule to finding out is if you hit a stone block with a stone pick/wooden pick and it breaks faster then normal thats a silver fish block.. also there spawners are at the end portal from the Stronghold
Enderdragon: The boss of the game only found in the ender annoying as well only way to kill him is to destroy the pillars that heal him while atking him at the same also avoiding all the enderman there as well. P.S. iv heard he can kill you in 1 hit
Slimes, Lava Slimes: Same concept different areas and slimes are found deep undergroiund there pretty easy to kill but if u find a big one and kill it it'll spawn 4 smaller ones and so on and so one till they die same with the lava slime exept hes found in the nether.
Ghast (The Dieing Baby): Only In the nether its like a floating big white cube with tentacles and has an annoying sound its weakness is the tentacles it atks you by throwing like fireballs at you if u hit them it goes flying back to him and if it hits him its OHKO form wat iv seen - way to kill bow and arrows really unless you can hit the fireball-
Zombiepigmen: the main mob of the nether pretty harmless but if u atk one they all atk you and there usally in groups of about 5 they used to drop cooked meat but now its jus golden nuggets and rotten flesh they can easily over power you if ur not prepared
Blaze: skeleton floating head with gold ignots on fire flaoting around him he hasent shown any threat to me cause he hasent hurt me but there only found in the nether dungeons and drop blaze rods which can be used for some stuff.
There are the mobs of minecraft and the quick run threw of them as well also if you wanna know more just ask. (sorry about spelling it was rpetty early when i replyed)
P.S. To make bread get wheat and put 3 in a row going left-right

i suggest investing in a ditch so the creepers won't reach the house, or a fence. that's what i do when i play on servers and such. that'll stop any Mobs, except the spiders/Spider Jockeys. also remember torches, as they are required to keep Hostiles away.
oh. and there was one Mob forgotten:
Spider Jockey - A Skelly Riding a Spider. it have the ranged attack of the skelly, but also the climbing ability of the spider. a real pain to deal with, but hilarious to look at

I've seen on TobyGames some ghosts in one village. However, on my MC, I can't find neither ghosts, nor village (I'm not complaining xD).
Do they have any special abilities (like the exploding creeper) ? Or maybe thay can walk through walls?
I'd just like to know.

I'd just like to know. i used a map seed called gimmeabreak and it spawned me in a village , whats with all these strange dudes walkin around ( i havent attacked them because they seem to be passive ) omg i hate Endermen one stole a glass block from my house and flooded it . ARGHHH! i cant wait to figure out what im doing wrong with my ender portal thing so i can go hunt those bastards. lol

I'd just like to know. sounds like retexturing of villagers. they are passive, and wont to anything besides walk around with the "Me Gusta" Expression. They'll never attack you either, even if you attack first.

If you really want to learn about the things you can do in minecraft you should go to youtube. there is a great tutorial on their. you can find it by searching "minecraft tutorial E01" and look for the video made by paulsoaresjr. though this not complete and also he has a tutorial made for the older version so make sure to keep in mind that some of the things in the old version don't apply.
