Hehe, I can't remember how old I was when I wrote this but I thought since it deals with witch's and witchcraft I'll share it. It is just a little fantasy poem I had wrote a while back. Hope you all like it!
Witch's Night Out
She crept to her closet
to get her broom.
Silently she sat in her window
where the moon dared loomed.
The silky white essence
glowed in her eyes.
She leaped on her broom
and took to the night's surprise.
Magick did linger
that dark hour of midnight.
While she sat on her broom
soared high in flight.
Green glowing eyes -
sat beside her a black cat.
Calm and all knowing -
he sure knows how to act.
Dark in the hour
these two will play.
And in the blink of an eye
they're up and away.
Enchanted secrets these
two won't tell.
Stray away from his witch
you'll do best well.
Off she goes with
her companion on a ride.
Best friend always
her black cat by her side.
Past midnights hour
it's time to retire.
Fly back home
they've fulfilled their desires.
She put her broom back -
"Good night." The cat said.
She blew out the candles
then fell into bed.
All the magick tonight
is gone so it would seem.
But inside illusions
she's off in her dreams.
