A new year is upon us as well as new beginnings (at least I am hopeful!)
This last XMas I found myself in the ER (AGAIN!) with a middle ear infection and I am trying to stay positive that the shift in the year will bring good health to me since the last half of 2011 was such a sickening one. I did, however, manage to get my A.A. as well as another car... this is a positive step for my future.
New Years was kept rather low key due to being sick and I find myself reading, a LOT lately. It's so strange how reading for pleasure takes me in spurts. It would be great to find a balance between all of the things I enjoy. smile

I would still LOVE to have some Crew members to help with some of the finer details of guild life. For a general description of what I am looking for in a Crew member, there is a post on the main forum entitled, “Join the Crew!” If you are interested, please PM me.

December Guild Recap:
-New members joined the ranks and I'd like to give them all a big welcome! *waves*
-Posted a bunch of the XMas crocheted items I made but, not too many others posted this month.

What to expect for January:
I just updated the monthlies (albeit a bit late this month) and I am going to post a couple of new threads in the general forum. Since I got off to a late start due to recovering from illness, car search and a little birthday selfishness I don't really think that I will plan much for the rest of January for the guild. I am thinking about having another contest, come February, and I wanted to give a heads up so you guys can keep an eye out for it.
