So I'm not sure which dorms are still active and which isn't.
So if I do just make a dorm for my character with open spots, I was just wondering if there are requirements when making a dorm?

No, not really xD
Most dorms though have either had 1, 2, 3, or no roommates. It's up to you whether you want roommates or not.
