Its going to be great. I'm even hopin for a book.
its finally good to see that something is going to be good I the multiverse in a while.
Also, don't you think avacyn's art looked a little creepy?

Also, don't you think avacyn's art looked a little creepy? Well with Sorin being spoiled somethings going down before makes her appearance. Sorin clearly is not happy and lets hope he doesn't get too angry at her.

Im not really sure what to expect from it.
I mean from what i've read, there shouldn't be a lot of 'monsters' as in werewolves and such.
I was kinda liking the whole horror theme for the innistard block, so i fear that Avacyn Restored might ruin that.
However a book on the innistrad block would be awesome.

As soon as I found out that sorin created Avacyn I was deeply confused.
Then I found it really understandable and cool. I never even expected that!

I think it's going to be the epect battle between monsters and humans. I think they're will be plenty more powerful monster cards. But plenty of powerful humans and angels, like Avacynn. And they just have to keep making Sorin a bigger G everytime you turn your back on him

And then we have a giant monster showdown ...with Garruk and Liliana Vess caught in the middle somehow. I don't really mind what happens to the planeswalkers as long as I get a giant monster showdown.

Inteth ryanneon r they really done with flip cards after dark assencion? indeed and neither is flashback and if WotC continues their trend of not returning Second Block mechanics, we probably won't see Undying and/or Fateful Hour either. ah man. this sucks. i love the werewolves. i haven't really lost a match against my friends since i've added the new ones and i was hoping for more. i don't mind the fateful hour but flashback is awesome. and so is undying. but the human should be winning so undying would be a good thing to get rid of. but they better still have wolf theme cards or just regular wolves

They weren't killed off so its not like they will be dropped all together.

Russet Wolves is worth 4 to me. It is a mono red creature with a relevant creature type in a block designed for both casual and limited environments. It does so much more for me than a Hill Giant ever will. This blocks cards are either Johnny/Timmy or Spike when it comes to design so you should never look at a card in this set and say its bad unless your looking at it from a limited perspective. Liliana of the Veil. A powerful card in standard, something I would avoid touching with a 10 foot pole in limited. I know not everyone plays limited but that's where this block shines brightest smile
