Background Information: was born in a loving family, always suckt at school and for that was genin since at age 8-18 and finaly past the chunin exams with flying collars and proven my self worthy to be a jonin acouple of weeks later,after the the promoshon of jonin my father died from sickness and my mother still alive and healthy, when lance was little his father would tell tails about a gaint animle with more then 1 tail,as the years whent by he forgot most the details to thos storys but it was burnt into his skull,ever since then he's ben trying to find the answores his father was seeking himself,

~Background information has to be longer, finger something out for him..like why he is still a genin at 18 years old, thats just an example.
~under the summoning technique you need to be mores specific about what you are summoning, if your summoning weapons it should say so, the same goes for summoning creatures
~ your ninjutsu need to be horizontal and not vertical. they also need to be separated to look like a list. the same goes for the taijutsu and the summoning jutsu
~also you have to learn chidori from the hokage or another character that has learned chidori
~your picture also doesn't work so you will have to put up another one
~Also your character needs a last name
