Everyone automatically receives a journal upon getting a new character. One journal per character.
Some Things to Notice
A lot of the information you'll find on your character sheet are details that have been predetermined for you. Such as height and what sort of home your gargoyle occupies. All of these options depend on the clan, gender, body type, and rank of each gargoyle. To give you an overall idea of the basis, here is a list of acceptable heights for each type of gargoyle.
Hunter: 5ft 5in to 6ft 2in
Mage: 5ft 8in to 6ft 6in
Scout: 6ft 5in to 7ft 2in
Warrior: 7ft to 8ft 2in
Use of Journals
Besides listing all the details of your character as well as its skills and battle dice, is a place to post skill challenges. Completing challenges ups the modifier for that particular skill, with a maximum of +5 (currently) for each skill. You can find more information on skills in the Training and Battle Grounds sub-forum.
