At the very top of the central tower is a massive, circular room. It has a domed ceiling of stained glass looking up at the brazier that serves as the city's beacon. The floors are dark mahogany with a deep red area rug placed in the center of the floor. The bed rests against the far wall, king size with dark wood posts and a black velvet canopy with matching silk sheets. There is a fireplace against the rightmost wall with a red velvet covered couch sitting facing it. The left wall has a pair of double doors out onto the massive balcony that overlooks the entire city and wraps around the tower, a staircase leads up to the brazier here. Paintings of the first King, Ran'Nik and his queen, Akara, grace the walls in the room as decoration. The room is dimly lit from the fireplace as well as the brazier light pouring through the stained glass causing soft colors to swirl around the floor. Next to the main door of the room is a crystal orb that serves as the 'call button' to the lower floors. Down the hall from the bed chamber is a door leading to the bathroom, black marble floors lead to a large, bubbling hotspring to serve as the bath. Like the bed room the bath area is dimly lit with torches along the walls.

Ra'Sha stood from his knees, the pain caused by Arkon gone as Daru's melody soothes his mind. He walks back into the bed chamber and over to a closet door. He opens it and walks in, removing his coat and boots, setting them on a shelf and picking up a black, floor length silk robe. He puts it on but doesn't bother tying it as he exits and shuts the door, sitting on the couch in front of the fireplace. He stares at the fires in contemplation, thinking on the coronation as well as the rituals that must follow.

Rian'Ka stepped off the crystal platform into the hallway, her face nearly glowing red. She walked halfway down the hall and entered the rightmost door into the hot spring bath. The steam from the room rolled out into the hall as she opened the door and stepped inside. She shed her robe and blindfold revealing her pure white eyes and walked down the steps into the hot water, it stopping just above her waist. She sat on the steps on the far side of the spring and sank up to her neck in soothing hot water.

Rian'Ka blushed heavier when Kasumi entered the bath. She reached up to the wall behind her, where three chains hung from the wall. Grabbing the leftmost chain, she pulls on it as steam pours from small holes in the ceiling above the spring, filling the bathroom with a warm steam. "So much better.", she said. She scooches along the steps over to a rack near Kasumi that held wash cloths and soap. She began lathering herself with soap as the steam washed over her porcelain skin. She dunked the cloth under the water to fill it and wrung it out over her head, washing the soap from her body. She then looked at Kasumi and scooched closer to her, a shy smile on her face. "M..may I wash your back?", she asked sheepishly.

Rian'Ka blushed and squealed happily. She lathered the cloth up until it resembled a ball of suds, then began rubbing it across Kasumi's back. Every so often, she cupped her hands together to trap water and let it run down her back, washing the soap away. "This is so much fun, normally I bathe alone because the servants aren't allowed up here most of the time.", she said, her voice light and happy.

Rian'Ka rinsed away the last of the soap. She smiled at Kasumi, "There we go. All clean and glistening.", she said, returning the cloth to the rack. She stood from the step and waded across the spring to the chains, pulling the left most to turn the steam off. She waded back across the spring and walked up the steps, going over to grab her towel. She dried herself, patting softly with the towel, then put on her robe. "It's getting to be that time. I have to meet with Noxx'Zus about the rituals in the morning hour.", she said, smiling warmly. "This has been very enjoyable, thank you miss Kasumi.", she said, blushing some.

Rian'Ka looked at Kasumi for a moment, biting her lower lip. "Bye.", she said finally with a nervous smile, as she exited into the hall. She returned, via elevator, to the court and went to her room. She went into her closet and changed into a floor length, white night gown. She sat at her vanity, "Noxx'Zus?", she said to the mirror. The mirror went black and Noxx'Zus's voice echoed out of it. "I am here, let us discuss the procedure.", he said, going over the rituals with her for the morning hour. Ra'Sha slept soundly for some time, until he awoke in the familiar blackness. He stood in a hallway, dark stone walls and a blood red carpet leading to a massive iron door bound in chains. The door rumbled as the chains began to glow red hot, "Heh heh, sleep well this night, Lightbringer. For your coronation will be one you will never forget.", Arkon's harsh tones said ominously. Ra'Sha was about to reply before the door and tunnel vanished, startling him from his sleep. He sat up in his bed and looked around the room, then up through the stained glass skylight, the night sky hadn't changed in the slightest from when he went to bed. "My...coronation.", he whispered, laying back down and closing his eyes.

The sounds of deep bells ringing from the city signified the come of the morning hour. Vas'Kaa rode the crystal platform to the top hall of the tower, a folded red cloak with black fur trim in his arms. He walked down the hall to the bed chamber and knocked lightly, "My lord? It is time, sir.", he said before entering. Ra'Sha was already sitting up and rubbing his eyes, "I heard the bells, have you seen Kasumi? She never retired.", he said sleepily. Vas'Kaa shook his head and walked over to Ra'Sha, handing him the cloak. "This is the ceremony robe, be downstairs as soon as you are dressed, sir. The nobles and their families have already started gathering in the court hall.", Vas'Kaa said with a quick salute. The guard captain turned on his heel and walked back to the door, "I'll search for miss Kasumi, sir.", before walking back down the hall. As he passed the bath room, he heard the sound of the mechanism that pours the steam. He knocked on the door, three loud knocks. "Miss Kasumi, by any chance are you in there?", he said loudly but kindly.
