As most know electricity in general is a deadly and somewhat scarce element, generally one could only collect the necessary electricity necessary to perform techniques if they were fighting in the middle of a thunderstorm, or near an electrical source. However current training standards in the academy show how a cloud-nin tends to make electricity through the use of chakra, turning most Cloud-nin in to human capacitors, technically. Razi grew up in Kirigakure with her mother, father and brother. She was a sweet girl when she was younger, always playing ninja with her brother and their friends. When her and her brother went into the ninja academy everything changed. While she moved along with everyone else in her class her brother excelled and graduated before her and her class. She lived as her brothers’ shadow but her brother never noticed. The sweet little girl soon became something else. She changed and the only person to notice was her brother. When she was 17 she became an Anbu. She avoided her family often, rarely coming home after mission and whenever she was home she contained herself in her room. When she 18 she finally cracked. She murdered 20 people in one night. Her brother, being worried about how weird his sister was acting, went to find her only to find her with a cruel twisted smile and covered in blood was a bloodied kunai in her hand. She only laughed twistedly as her brother when he asked why she did this but never gave him an answer. She ran from him and he followed. When they came to a cliff by the ocean she stopped at the edge threatening to jump. Her brother begged her not to but she did, falling backwards into the icy water. People thought she had died but her brother knew otherwise since he saw her swimming away. When she reached land she changed her appearance by getting new clothes and wearing a mask to hide her identity and keep her hidden from her village and her brother.

Extra Comments on Character: This is her mask: Link. She wears it at all times. Her anbu tattoo is on her left arm by her shoulder and she still has her anbu mask. Her clan tattoo is on her left shoulder blade. If you’d like to make her brother feel free to ask.
For the picture I tried to block out the upper half of her face...didn't turn out how I wanted but good enough. Her "true identity" (aka picture) will be showed when her mask comes off somehow. She's known as Mask, the Mask or Secret until her name is given to the person.
