You wanna fight? Then bring it on!
~Kirya Layette~
Kirya had been here. Thousands of times. And yet, no one ever seemed to see her. Granted, her steps were swift and silent, and she tended to cling to the shadows, but one would think someone would notice her, as she was the only one walking the streets with a cloak on. Only the store clerks ever gave her a second glance, and that was only because she was buying supplies from them. Still, her near invisibility came in handy every now and then. Like now, for example. Moving in close to a handful of clerks gossiping on their lunch break, she learned that they were some of the castle's main suppliers of foods and textiles. But that wasn't the most interesting part. It seemed that there may be a job vacancy fairly soon at the palace, as the cranky princess had just gotten rid of her main servant. Though not the ideal job, Kirya knew that this was her chance. Perhaps now she could finally get into the palace and gather some more clues as to the whereabouts of the real heir to the throne. Kirya set off with confidence, forgetting about the rest of the supplies she needed. Soon she came to a fountain in a small courtyard, and knew that she was nearing the palace.

Once I'm through, you'll see I've won.
