Hi everybody,
I need some help with creating a light workout routine for my school days.
Normally I have freetime for the workout about a ½ hour before school and 1 hour after.
I'm having my final exams (kinda like A-levels/ SATs) this spring, so I dont have so much free time as usual.
I dont have any workout equipment at home except for a bicycle but it is the middle of the winter and I cant ride when there is snow on the ground.
Help anyone?
