Looks like fun.
Hmm... I wish this weren't standard so some Fatestitcher's could be thrown in. But the alchemist's I think would be pretty much required to be able to win... but other than that, it's dickish and annoying. The exact kind of deck I like playing lol.

In standard I play a blue/black zombie deck... with those zombie alchemist's and curse of the bloody tome. I like them both alot. But the black zombie cards are the best.

Speaking of, in Legacy, most of us just Show and Tell.

Or just throw your eldrazi in your sideboard and ramp into spawnsire of ulamog's ability

...But why? When you can combo out reliably into a turn 2-3 Emrakul? You beat out aggro, and if you build it under a good CounterTop shell, you can autocounter all of the most common disruption spells, and you can race any other Combo deck. It's like saying that you should try to use Quicksilver Amulet or Elvish Piper to power out Progenitus rather than using Natural Order. No offense meant, but, I don't know of any ramp that can pump out that much mana. Thats why you never see Established Legacy Ramp decks. They get pummeled.
Just to supplement the assertion, here's Samuel Tharmaratnam, the GP Providence Trial Winner's decklist:
Creatures [8] 4 Emrakul, the Aeons Torn 4 Progenitus
Instants [16] 2 Wipe Away 3 Intuition 3 Misdirection 4 Brainstorm 4 Force of Will
Sorceries [8] 4 Ponder 4 Show and Tell
Enchantments [5] 1 Blood Moon 4 Sneak Attack Artifacts [4] 4 Lotus Petal
Lands [19] 1 Misty Rainforest 1 Mountain 2 Polluted Delta 3 Island 4 Ancient Tomb 4 Scalding Tarn 4 Volcanic Island
Sideboard 3 Blood Moon 2 Firespout 2 Pyroblast 2 Red Elemental Blast 1 Relic of Progenitus 1 Tormod's Crypt 3 Trinisphere 1 Wipe Away
And Erik Manooshism, the winner of StarCityGames 2011 Legacy Open @ Richmond:
23 LANDS 8 Island 4 Volcanic Island 4 Ancient Tomb 3 Scalding Tarn 2 Misty Rainforest 1 Mountain 1 Boseiju, Who Shelters All
6 CREATURES 4 Emrakul, the Aeons Torn 2 Blightsteel Colossus
28 INSTANTS and SORCERIES 4 Show and Tell 4 Ponder 4 Through the Breach 4 Brainstorm 3 Spell Pierce 3 Intuition 3 Force of Will 2 Mental Misstep 1 Misdirection
3 OTHER SPELLS 3 Jace, the Mind Sculptor
SIDEBOARD 1 Force of Will 1 Mental Misstep 1 Misdirection 3 Red Elemental Blast 2 Pyroblast 2 Counterspell 2 Tormod's Crypt 3 Surgical Extraction
My point is that Show and Tell and Sneak Attack are the two most Tried, True, and Proven methods of getting fatties on the ground in the first 2-3 turns.

Not to sound... odd... but I've seen a five color deck just play Maelstrom Angels and the three legendary eldrazis just so they could get the "casting" bonus from the Eldrazi... although that is admittedly a little slower. Also, I think the reason for the cards she's saying is that they don't cost over $30 to get... so that definitely helps the entire thing. It's slightly less efficient, but TONS cheaper.

If such was the case, then my mistake. Usually, when discussing things at tournaments "better" translates into "a better choice of card", and doesn't denote budgets. However, I also won't pretend to be an expert pilot at anything, since out of my last 4 large Opens, I haven't finished above 82nd yet. So, just to be clear, I'm not trying to be the guy who talks down everyone. I just sound like I am.
