 ~Seven Sisters High School~
The largest and one of the most prominent schools in all of Sumaru City, Seven Sisters Academy is well-known for having fairly high standards and several alumni of note (including Tatsuya Suou, Sumaru Detective Katsuya Suou, Lisa Silverman, and many others). Known to much of the general population of Sumaru City as 'Sevens', the school was named for the Pleiades Constellation which is borne upon their school crest. The school itself became infamous a couple years earlier during incidents that have been mysteriously forgotten by nearly everyone in the city (and Japan as a whole), however a bevy of rumors still swirl about strange events that will occur if you are in the area of the Seven Sisters...
It is one of the more prominent locations in all Sumaru, and located in Northern Rengedai District, near the center of the city.
The students all consider themselves to be something of rivals to Kasugayama High School, a reform school which goes by the nickname of 'Cuss High'. Students from both schools often cross paths and go head-to-head during Festival Times...Quote: Seven Sisters AcademyThree-story school with a large bike and motorcycle parking lot in the back, a courtyard at the center of the academy with a Narurato Stone and a statue of former Principal Hanya as its monuments. Each of the three levels has four classrooms, with a Nurse's Office on the 1st Floor, Principal's Office on the 2nd Floor, and the Teacher's Lounge on the 3rd Floor.
There once was a clocktower atop the Academy, as depicted above, but after a collapse two years ago, it was never rebuilt.

Tatsuya Suou, The Deja Vu Kid It looked the same as ever, and the smell of gasoline wasn't much different than the very last time he had pulled into this parking lot on his fire-red motorcycle, eyes staring up at the crumbled clock tower with memories flickering inside his mind of a day not so very long ago, in a world much different than this one now. Not much had changed since the day he watched the tower fall along with Maya and the others, but in a way, everything was just the same as it had always been. Sevens still stood in the center of the city and accepted the higher ranked students in Sumaru, the students still battled with Cuss High over this issue or that, and the seven stars of the Pleiades still adorned the School's Emblem, reminding him of a time when the thing had been considered 'bad luck', a rumor started by the students of Kasugayama, which had lead him to a meeting with his childhood friend, a seemingly-endless loop in the air raid shelter beneath Cuss High, and so many more adventures that now lingered inside of his mind every time he even thought about this city. It was all so fresh, even if he hadn't been back since the day that he and Naoya Toudou left together in search of the power to set everything back to the way it was meant to be in this city. They had been so misguided, thinking that their power would be enough to fix every single problem in the world that had come to haunt their days, but that had been Nyarlathotep, whom they were so sure they had beaten, still lingering, the essence of chaos, always there just in the corner of your mind and ready to take advantage the moment that your strength of will failed you. He remembered what it felt like when he finally gave in, when the Deja Vu Kid who had resisted fate itself by sheer force of will finally cracked under the weight of his loneliness, under the feeling that something in his life was still so out of place, so wrong, like something was just missing. Naoya's words had been all he needed to believe there was still something he could do to change it, and the Crawling Chaos had done the rest. Now he had come full circle, freed of his torment by Soji Seta and his friends, and on the path of atonement he came back to the place where his adventure began. Memories, memories...of blond hair, of painted faces, and of twin hearts resting upon the breasts of a jacket...of flowers and friends and all those things he had been forced to forget.
". . .
What could he say, coming back here for the first time since then? This wasn't his destination, nor the reason why he had subpoenaed the Shogun to allow him to return to the city and fight alongside the forces resisting the resurgent Masked Circle, yet another remnant of an earlier time when he had been this town's hero, his friends his teammates fighting against the 'original' (though technically second) Masked Circle. He knew the immense battle that was about to take place, and he couldn't leave it to neophytes who hadn't been in the deep waters the way that he had to defend the city. He didn't doubt they had a strong bond, whether they remembered it or not, nor did he doubt that eventually their power would eventually grow great enough to defend the city on their own. But they were new, whomever they were, and he could give them guidance and insurance in the fight to defend his home city. It was the least that he could do with all of his memories, all of the guilt that remained inside of him and the pain of what he had lost...if he could spare them that, it would be worth it. And with the oncoming battle for Sumaru City, there was no doubt there would be loss.
His stop at Seven Sisters hadn't been a simple exercise in nostalgia, however. There was a rumor that he had heard from some of the locals he questioned on his way into town about a ghost, and something else near Sevens that made him want to check it out before heading to the location he was supposed to find the team gathered. Fires...in the Rengedai District near the Silverman Manor and Seven Sisters High Scool...and a spirit that may or may not be connected. It was worth a look, he supposed, and as he unmounted his cycle he set the helmet on the handlebars and started past the chain-link fence towards the front of the school, around from the side on the stone path towards the frontal view of the clocktower. So much time had passed since he walked this path...on his own and together with Lisa, the others...had they ever remembered him? He doubted it, even with the influences on the world right now...Philemon's influence could not be undone by mere supernatural forces. At least, he hadn't thought so...and yet he still recognized this walk even now, the faces in his memories.
Before the Seven Sisters and the Stars of the Pleiades, Tatsuya Suou stood for the first time in two years...silently, a lighter idly flicking open inside of his right hand...and then closed again.
He was back...for better or worse, he was home.

 Rirouku Muramaro Call me Riku
Rirouku grumbled a bit to himself as he looked up. He was a Kasugayama student (as evident by the uniform he was wearing), but he got drug to Seven Sisters. He couldn't think off the top of his head why he of all people had to, but this was a good chance to show them who the badass of Kasugayama was. Well, as soon as he figured out where everyone was. All he knew was that his....aquaintances, as he would refer to them, mostly went to Seven Sisters, and that Eikichi used to be on friendly terms with more than a few members. He wasn't sure if he would find someone similar, but he figured it couldn't hurt. Gripped at his side was his weirdly shaped weapon, a replica of the Soul Eater. He occasionally flipped it in his hand, catching it by the handle, rather than the winged-bladelike edge. Once, twice....three times before he moved on, thinking to his power within. If there's going to be a big battle...I'll have to be in top form. he thought, walking quietly. There's going to be no room for mistakes, and I'll have to do my best to come out on...WOAH A small jutted rock, and a thud later, Rirouku found himself facedown in the ground. Standing back up, he looked to the left and right, then dusted himself off and continued on. No one saw that, right?

And then there was laughter. All the effort Tatsuya Suou had once put in to rid the world of the Crawling Chaos' influence, all the cruel self-inflicts pains he had endured, were all so meaningless! For two years he had avoided his friends, avoided any reminder of that day so that he could keep their future in check, and now the Masked Circle rose again to play the cards they had been dealt so long ago as if he done nothing but forestall the inevitable; because he HAD done nothing but forestall the inevitable! Using that sorcery that he was so proud of he had ruined the dreams of countless lives, and forced people to live on with cruel 'ambition' as their only guide, while stifling the dreams of master JOKER to give all of humanity the Dreams they desired! This accursed villain had now reaped what he'd sown, and standing above him was an old enemy who had long ago cursed his fate and now reveled in glory at his own piteous defeat! "Well well, so the kitten returns at last? And just as we anticipated, the rumors have led you right into the maw of the lion once more!"Standing far above him in the window of the great Clocktower, wearing an unforgettable mask, was none other than the former leader of the Masked Executives, King Leo. The very symbol should have brought back countless memories for Tatsuya, of fires that had nearly killed his friends and explosions that had wrecked half the city in days of old. A madman who was dedicated to murder and destruction, and who had a special place deep in his black hole of a heart reserved specifically for the death of Tatsuya Suou and Maya Amano, along with the cursed power. "Did you really think that you were going to be the only one investigating the rumors? The proof of our handiwork should be viewed only by those fit for the world the Masked Circle will create! I will never forgive YOU however! This face will always remind me of that day, and that b***h who helped you!" Grudges that should have been lain to rest flamed as someone who Tatsuya knew should have been dead stood before him, the former Seven Sisters student personally responsible for his death on two separate situations. If there were a single fuse left in Tatsuya's addled mind to connect the dots, then the rumor of a student from Seven Sisters returning as a ghost, and the King's troubled past, all should have begun to piece together in an instant. And of all things, at the Clocktower that tied together so many different memories, across multiple points in Tatsuya's time. "Or should I kill you right now to keep you from meddling any further? If I challenged you now I don't think you'd even stand a chance!" King Leo shouted angrily, raising his hand. Suddenly, the gymnasium that straddled the side of the school exploded, heat and energy radiating and swirling about it as plumes of smoke rose up from the violent burst of energy, cement and debris thrown into the sky and in all directions as a result of the sudden wave of power that King Leo unleashed as a welcome home present from Tatsuya, reminding the former delinquent of just what he had really been missing all these years that he had lived in solitude. "Do you feel the rush of blood, the heat pouring into your body and preparing you for battle? You long for it, DON'T YOU!? You lust for the battle that you've purposely avoided, you monster! You just want to protect that witch so she can continue to meddle in our plans! Then come and face me, if you dare!" King Leo taunted, challenging Tatsuya from his position on high, his own rage seeming to take over for a moment, his hand raising to his mask angrily as he growled in a nearly feral nature, a psychotic spasm that Tatsuya could likely remember all too well. He was neither redeemable nor sane, a murderer and an arson, someone who's hatred of Tatsuya was so overwhelming it could literally cause him to devolve into involuntary spasms...a beast of hatred bubbling so hot that to some, he might have even seem pitiable, if he weren't so unrelievedly evil.

Tatsuya Suou, The Deja Vu KidThere was an urge to say something to the boy from Cuss High who had bit it in front of the school that came for just a moment, a memory of a different student who had gone to the infamous reform school who was just as awkward and just as strange flashing through his mind, but the urge faded no sooner than it had come to him. He didn't know the boy, but if he was coming to Sevens in a Cuss uniform he would have to be able to stand on his own two feet...solving every problem wasn't the duty of Tatsuya Suou, and trying to do that long ago had only proven to exacerbate the problems not just of he and his friends, but of the entire city. Good intentions had lead them only so far, but in the end, his successes had become his failures. The world wasn't meant to be 'solved' by one person. And not every battle was his own. However, there were some battles that belonged to you no matter when or where you were called upon to fight them, enemies who had been fated for you and you alone to overcome. And when those fights reared their heads you had no choice but to answer the call, abrupt and unlikely as the encounter might have been. Tatsuya's eyes widened as a not-entirely familiar voice could be heard nearby, and though it didn't sound quite the same he followed the voice to the top of the crumbling clock tower's window and saw with his own eyes a man who was supposed to be dead. It was a man that he had fought long ago, in this life and another, and both times he had been forced to take the man down. Somehow, though, he was here once more. A hand instantly flew to his waist and gripped at the hilt of the swords that he had carried with him.
". . .
King Leo. A shadow of the past, and one of the Four Executives of the Masked Circle. Beneath the mask he knew the man that had haunted Maya's footsteps for years very well, whom he had fought on multiple occasions...starting with that night at the Alaya Shrine in Rengedai, the two of them locked in together as the world seemed to burn around him. Tatsuya...Sudou. "You were the ghost?" his voice was stern and calm, but inside there was an anger that Leo pointed out and he couldn't deny...the fire to fight was already filling him, a mixture of anger and hatred threatening to overcome him, subdued only by his strength of will and a memory that jumping into a fight without thinking wasn't always the right choice. And in this dark night, the school still seemed to not entirely empty, the student from Cuss High wandering by not having cleared out just yet. He couldn't risk getting him caught up in a battle like this one...not just yet. His question still lingered in the air, a logical inquiry. Someone who was supposed to be dead, all of the rumors about fires at night, these two rumors now made more sense than ever to Tatsuya...the only inconsistency was that Leo said that he was investigating the matter on his own. Still, if he answered the question, that would provide some insight. ...If he was sane enough to answer any questions. His sanity was shoddy as he could tell from first glance, those familiar mannerisms, the unrepentant hate...and then the Seven Sisters Gym went up in an explosion, a plume of smoke and flame that reached into the night sky like a beacon to all those in the city to stay away. His eyes instinctively shifted to the damage, but were back on his most dangerous enemy in an instant. An invitation to fight now? He couldn't...as much as he wanted to take action. But then, was he given a choice? His steel slid out of its sheath swiftly and the blade was leveled in front of him, an impressive calm about the warrior as he prepared for the assault he assumed was soon to come. Only the distasteful curl of his lips into a front and the challenge in his eyes gave hint to the severity of his mood, his cool nonchalance not entirely devoid just yet.
"You're still a coward," the leader spoke with a venom in his tone, a challenging sort of look, "Blowing up things at a distance and using Joker to justify yourself. Come down and fight me...let me kill you a third time, and for the last time." He wasn't much for words, but he felt pressed to answer this call. Ghosts had no place in this world, and this menacing specter was more intimidating than most. Here, now, he would put an end to this rumor and a chapter of his past meant to stay closed once and for all...and then he could move on to find the new team and get ready for the war to come.

Crack.
The sound wasn't all that loud, really. A faint sound, like somebody opening a peanut, or perhaps breaking their pencil in frustration. A small sound, like you could hear anywhere... and a thin line appeared on the roof as part of it broke. Utterly without cause, to people who were paying attention, even if many of them might have mistaken it for the weight of the man atop it.
Crack. A moment's pause. Crackcrackcrackcrackcrackcrackcrackcrack!
Broken lines suddenly criss-crossed the roof below King Leo, and the part of the building that he was standing on jerked sharply, then flung outwards in an obvious attempt to fling him into the ground before the chunk of masonry went hurtling straight at the man, as if the spirit of the school itself was raging at him for destroying part of it. On the other hand... with rumors of ghosts in the area, maybe such an idea wasn't too wrong.

"Ngh!" As the ground cracked, King Leo turned and threw a fireball back towards the cracking earth, burning the area as his feet slowly slid out the front of the Clocktower due to the unnatural tilt, his power beginning to manifest around him as his descent slowed, until his feet rested against the asphalt of the strange parking lot. Though he may have lost his footing for a moment, it had hardly provided an opportunity to attack considering Tatsuya had been on the ground when the whole dishevel took place. "So a real ghost reveals itself after all! I wonder if the dead burn just as easily as you do?" King Leo said with a taunt, looking towards Tatsuya again as he took a few steps away from the school and towards the parking lot entrance, thus keeping the expected and unexpected both on the same side of the enraged lion. Though he had almost lost his composure, the sudden upheaval was quick to fix that as King Leo drew his sword, pointing the weapon at Tatsuya. "Don't you insult Joker. This is all possible because of him. This very moment when I can claim revenge is because he turned my Dream into reality." King Leo said, an obvious menace in his voice at Tatsuya's comment, anger swelling again. "I won't give you the satisfaction of interfering now. I'm going to strip you of all the things you hold dear. If you dare turn your back on me to interfere with master Joker, I will make you regret it." King Leo gripped his sword tight enough that beneath his gloves the knuckles began to turn white, his sheer hatred for Tatsuya exuding from his body. He'd been given his Dream, and now the leader of the Executives could return to the work that he had started long ago, but if Tatsuya had forgotten just why he was meant to suffer than there would be no point. King Leo would not let him turn his eyes away so long as he existed, so that his sin could burn into the heart of the Persona user until he regretted his actions. Even now King Leo's eyes throbbed with pain beneath his mask at the memory, and it only infuriated him further as he stared upon that disgusting face. "I will kill you either way. But I wonder, does the witch even know that I'm coming? Perhaps I'll pay her a visit first." Fire began to build again in his hand as King Leo continued to vent his anger, almost forgetting his decision not to start fighting now...though the tension was palpable, and becoming more dangerous by the moment.

 Rirouku Muramaro Call me Riku
Rirouku had continued walking, until a spectacle emerged. Or rather, Erupted. Hearing the Gymnasium explode, along with the man taunting someone, Rirouku gripped his weapon firmly as he started towards it, coming only at the part where the rooftop merely fell, befalling the mysterious masked figure. Rirouku remained silent, but gripped his blade firm, watching and listening as the figure mentioned Joker, and as such, he could tell one thing. This guy was not on his side.
The figure nearby though, just seemed to purely exude coolness. Whether it was the way he talked, with no more or less words than necessary, his outfit, or possibly just the confidence he exhuded. Rirouku could tell that this guy was like him. No....moreso. More like Eikichi. A Bona-fide. Certified. Bad. a**.
Not wanting to get shown up, or rather, not wanting to look like a complete wimp, he raised his blade over his head, as if signifying he was just as ready for a fight as the enemy. The cool figure would have him as backup, if it proved necessary. "Riku." he stated, quietly to Tatsuya, giving his name, and nothing more. He wasn't quite sure what Leo was talking about, with the Witch, but it didn't matter.
As the Uniform on him would symbolize, if King Leo wanted a fight, he was going to give it to him.

Tatsuya Suou, The Deja Vu KidSeeing the school itself seem to come to life and toss King Leo from the clock tower would have been unusual to almost anyone who was watching it, but Tatsuya was more than familiar with the supernatural, knew that the truly dangerous sorts tended to make bigger splashes than the one just now. This was more like the work of a poltergeist than a true demon; he didn't act on it, though, since its enemy was Leo...and the latter landed with little incident in front of him, anger still burning with a rage that was growing increasingly shared between the two of them. Leo's ire was set upon him once more the moment that he landed on the walk before him, and when he drew his sword and pointed it at the loner, Tatsuya's battle readiness reached a fever pitch. He wouldn't be taken by surprise, nor would he back down from the taunts that were lobbed in his direction. He had faced down chaos itself and endured torments much worse than death. This was nothing...and it was clear that he was getting to Leo just as much as Leo was getting to him. True to form, Tatsuya's very face seemed to irritate this man's memories...could the arsonist-turned-killer really have come back from the dead for a second time? "I won't let you take anything from me," the cool young man's smooth voice echoed in the lot, a mixture of confidence and solemn determination filling him as a newcomer came to stand at his side, muttering his name calmly and letting him know that he had support. His new ally had a strange look about him, like somebody he had seen in a video game or something, giving him an almost strange sense of deja vu (a rather amusing feeling, coming from the Deja Vu Kid himself), but from what Tatsuya could gather he wasn't put off by the power of the explosion or the strange nature of their enemy. He knew what it meant...a silent nod towards his new ally letting him know that he understood and accepted the help.
This was one of the new generation of persona-users here in Sumaru City, and he, like Yukino, was getting his introduction to the established group on the fly. Riku, then, was this one's name...but he knew just how dangerous an enemy King Leo could be, especially for a rookie like this one. "Tatsuya," he answered him with his own name, before adding, "Support me, but don't get in the middle of us. If he attacks, I will end the fight myself." His calm was in place despite the heat of battle, but his body was tense and ready to lunge. Even his cool was slipping bit-by-bit, however. Time, so much time had passed and he had thought this part of the city's nightmare had ended. Now the fires consumed the rebuilt Sumaru City, the threat of Leo was returned, and Tatsuya's return had almost immediately sparked what might be a series of events to bring the entire world down upon itself once more. He swallowed the negative thoughts, the feelings of guilt, and pressed forward as he knew he must. This was just the beginning of a new ordeal. And despite two years of running, he was just in time...did that mean the others would...? His teeth grit. Hearing the Masked Man's spiteful nickname for someone he held dear inside of his heart sparked something inside of him just then, a wonder if he was indeed going to see them again, a fear of what that might mean for all of them, and an anger that of all people who might have to endure this again, he would drag her...any of them other than himself back into the fray!
His persona roared to life over his head, a towering pillar of crimsons and fire-brick read, flames bursting from its fingers as he glared down upon its foe. Apollo...God of the Sun...
"Don't you dare bring Maya into whatever s**t you're planning," his voice was boiling, and it took every last ounce of control inside of him not to leap across the distance and follow a deadly spell with a slash that would make his wrists vibrate in pain...but he wasn't wild, his eyes controlled and smoldering with determination, with guilt, with the strength of his failures feeding him, "She's done with you. And so am I. ...You may still rely on the same bag of terror and tricks, but I'm not the kid I was back then. I won't hesitate..." His persona's eyes flared, Tatsuya's blade shimmered, and a dark power seemed to grow inside of him, filling him with strength, pushing him closer and closer to the pinnacle of his immense power. If they were going to have it out here and now, then Tatsuya wouldn't waste time...he'd hit this bad memory with everything that he had to exorcise it and be rid of it. To protect the kids of this city and get one step closer to Joker, the new Masked Circle's origins, everything. And of course, the end.
"If you want to fight, bring it on. Otherwise, stay out of my way...this is my city. Not yours."

Tadao SusumuWhy did he decided to come up into the school at this hour? Oh yeah, to look for a ghost, he was caught up in the rumors that a spirit from beyond the grave actually haunted the Seven Sisters Academy, at first Tadao made the usual “Idiots, no such things as Ghosts!” However, giving that some rumors had revealed to be true the arrogant student decided to give this a shot as well. After all, what harm would it be to find a ghost? The worse that could happen is that it possessed, but that wasn’t going to happen! Tadao had the strongest will over anyone in the school, so this ghost or whatever better watch out if it even dare to try and possess him. Though he couldn’t blame a ghost for trying to take control of his body, after all he was the top dog over just about everything; such a fine specimen such as Tadao would be every ghosts dream of controlling and even Tadao himself could not deny this. He kept walking along to see if there was anything that could point to supernatural activities, and with his supreme luck Tadao found something, but it wasn’t a ghost as he expected. “What the hell?” he came closer into the events that took place with Tadao’s absence. There was some sort of man standing up on the clocktower, and there were others gathering around. Now the question was, “So who is that joke with the bad Halloween costume?” Tadao didn’t like this man, not that he ever liked anyone as they were too inferior, but he just didn’t like this guy attitude, his voice, and he destroyed the Gymnasium which…wasn’t a bad thing in itself, but still. He kept rambling on about some Joker, “Don’t care…” Something about turning his dreams into a reality, “Don’t caree….”And he really wanted to kill this Tatsuya guy too, and Tadao just sighed with distaste, “Blah, blah , blah, blah, yap, yap, blah, blah….I don’t Care!” Already Tadao did the logical thing when this masked man pulled out a sword, the student pulled out his gun. ” Look could you just stop doing that thing where you make noise every time you move your lips, you insufferable troll….in fact” The safety was off, and the gun was cocked, “Let me help with that.” And without a second though Tadao fired 4 bullets towards the man, aiming towards his head/mask; this guy was bad trouble and Tadao knew that. Just like his pop always told him, when s**t hits the wall, there will be a time where you gonna have to nut up or shut up; this was one of them.

Slowly, a chill wind began to blow through the area, bringing with it the first few wisps of fog as a raspy, rattling voice took a deep breath, seeming to come from everywhere at once. "Leave." the hoarse voice said angrily. "LEAVE!" Shapes bobbed up and down in the distance, bursting out one of the school's doors as the wind began to blow harder and harder. Each shape turned as it reached the school's track and began running down, vaulting over the equipment that had been left out by one of the Seven Sisters' sports teams. With long strides and leaps that would be envied by any professional, the shapes finally ran off of the track as they got closer to the intruders, and half a dozen anatomical models lunged at King Leo. You probably could have written off the roof cracking and falling down as simple strange coincidence... but by now, it was probably hard to do anything except face the truth. The school was definitely haunted, and the spirit doing the haunting was more than a little bit upset. The whole 'blow up the school' thing might have had a little something to do with that, really...

Tai Saito ☆═━┈ Ghosts? Tai had no question of if they existed or not. By now, to him, it was pretty obvious they did. The only question was that if they were all dangerous, or just misunderstood deceased. Now he didn't know what ghost the rumors lately were about, nor what ghost these guys were talking about, but Tai was interested.
"Come on, you heard the disembodied voices. Leave." Came a voice from behind Tatsuya and the others. Not directed at them though. He was more looking at the guy with the mask. He wasn't the best judge of character, but after the explosion that took out the gymnasium, and watching a part of this confrontation, he sure knew he wasn't going to help that guy. And he didn't know who this person was, talking about how this was his city. But if he had to choose, Tai Saito was going to side with the angry guy facing the bomber. He stuck his hands in his pockets, the long haired ex-delinquent letting out a brief whistle at the spectacle. Something big was about to go down? He watched as science models went flying at Leo. It was like the school itself was against him, but it didn't surprise Tai. He was just one of the few who no longer found the idea of a school haunting surprising. Well, either that or Tai already knew whatever was doing it was more mad at the masked man than anyone, for what he did.
Tai reached behind him, removing a pair of forearm length blades that were hanging behind him by his belt, in case he needed them. People alwasy thought it was bad he carried 'em around, but this time around, hey, he came prepared this time, right? "I dunno what's goin' down, but I know I don't want you stickin' around." He said, looking at King Leo.┈━═☆

ℋitomi ӄouki I will be brave, I will not let anything, Take away, ╔══════════════╗
A tilt of the head and a puzzled expression marked Hitomi's entrance. Someone had been talking about ghosts, she couldn't quite recall who, but the idea had stuck and burrowed into her head like a seedling. The rumor seed had opened up and it's roots had burrowed into her normal thought processes until it was all she could think of. Who ever had implanted the idea into her mind had been clever and most likely frustrated that her attention hadn't been solely on them at the time; however it had worked – she was here. A short stop at home to arm herself properly with a rather large bamboo stick had been in order of course, she wasn't entirely sure that she could harm a ghost with a material object, but it would keep perverts away at least!
'Ghosts are simply misunderstood souls, I wonder what it would be like to talk to one... Perhaps this one will allow me audience, ah but... They would have to have some interesting stories, perhaps I can chronicle them for homework! Oh right, there is a test tomorrow... I should have studied, too late now...' Hitomi silently rambled. It was clear to all of those who looked at her that she wasn't on the same planet as them, her focus was somewhere else entirely; dark orbs focused on the sky with a very dreamy, far off look, a sort of slow gate to her walk and her bamboo pole loosely clutched in her hands were clear indications that she was absorbed in her own thoughts. It was hard for her not to get lost there, it was hard not to after all...
Whoomp! Hitomi's path was suddenly stopped as she collided with something solid. It would seem that she had walked into someone, the sudden impact raising little spark of pain in her nose as she snapped back into reality. The dark haired girl stumbled back from Tatsuya, hands raised, her grip on her weapon tightening despite the surprised look that crossed her face. Oh! It seemed she was late to the party, others were here... and the destruction. Who was that on the school and the disembodied voices? Questions bombarded the quiet girl as she took in the scene. ”Oh! Tadao! You're the one who implanted the rumour into my brain! Ah! It makes sense now... oh and excuse me! I didn't mean to run into you, Mr....? What's going on?” Hitomi rattled on curiously.

"SHUT UP! Since when could a wretch like you lecture ME! I will make this city into lord Joker's ideal!" When bullets came flying his way Leo vanished for a moment, teleporting back and out of the way as he held up a crystal skull, the item which had given him that power. "Don't get ahead of yourself, GHOST! You were merely created from a rumor... a fraction of lord Joker's power, nothing more! I'll burn you all to ashes, and raise a utopia over your graves!" They could hardly keep up as King Leo suddenly raised his hand, and an explosive wave of fire circled outwards, knocking all but Tatsuya Suou to the ground, draining them of strength in one blow that any newly awakened Persona Users couldn't simply endure, leaving them out of strength for at least a few moments. He was the King of the Masked Circle, he wasn't going to allow mere wretches to think that they were worthy of combating him, someone who would set right the world that had been wronged by this b*****d and his little Witch whore! "You're too late to do anything for this city! I have already begun to move, the Masked Circle will ensure that you no longer interfere with Joker's prized future! If you can even help yourself then it will be a miracle." KIng Leo said, holding up a detonator that Tatsuya would recognize in an instant, similar to the ones that he'd been forced to diffuse in days of yore. Exactly the same, in fact, and if the old protector of Sumaru City could see that, then he would know that-! "You remember how this works, don't you? If you want to stop me then you'll just have to figure my destination out for yourself! But I wonder if you'll even be able to search the place without some help?" King Leo threw the detonator at Tatsuya, a riddle already attached to put the Persona User to work while King Leo would make his leave. The King Leo of old had been capable of making more than just simple bombs, and even if they had one detonator often there had been two, so Suou would know that this wasn't King Leo simply handing him the detonator and giving him the key; it was a challenge, and if he wanted to keep this precious city from falling into the fire once more then he would have to accept it, even though the clock had already begun to count down against him thanks to the guile of King Leo and the other Executives of the Masked Circle! "The next time we meet, I'll either kill you, or I'll be seeing you in Hell!" King Leo stated with a hatred that Tatsuya could feel all too palpable, but with that the old arsonist backed off, and with Tatsuya unable to move unless he wanted to abandon the rest he disappeared, the fragile homecoming of Tatsuya Suou ruined with a dark shadow cast over his head, memories of the past replaced with the nightmares that were soon to come. On the detonator there was a note, reading thus. "When the seven Pleiades align ideals shall become reality. From it one who follows the path of the Lion finds Happiness, lost in a sense of deja vu."Quote: King Leo uses Solar Flare!Tai was knocked down! Ghosty ghost was knocked down! Tadao was knocked down! Rirouku was knocked down! Hitomi was knocked down!

Tatsuya Suou, The Deja Vu KidIt had been so thick, the tension, but Tatsuya had been trying to avoid making the move that would set the fighting into motion for the sake of the kids who had just gathered around him and the collateral damage that a battle with King Leo would almost certainly cause. Gunshots rang out then, and that was all that the moment needed to descend into a sense of anarchy. Anatomical models leaped at the man, but they were all still too fresh when compared with the power of the Executives of the Masked Circle, let alone with King Leo, the leader of Joker's most deadly alignment. He moved in a flash, avoiding the tackle seeking to pin him down, and it was likely that only Tatsuya himself could read and anticipate the movements that followed. His weapon was at the ready, but he found himself put on the defensive in an instant, fire and nuclear power washing over the whole of their side as a symbol of King Leo's burning rage. His power was anger, a sheer will to watch the world burn and make everyone who looked down upon him feel the terror of the flames, and even for a veteran there was nothing that you could do that would reduce the pain such an emotional force could impact upon you. His defensive stance reduced, but didn't entirely dull the Solar Flare...the others were leveled in an instant, unused to fighting anyone on the level of this ghost from the past. And when the spell was done the former delinquent was ready to spring into action, dancing across the distance between them...only to be frozen by the threat that was levied, not because he was afraid for his own life but for that of the others who lay upon the field, prostrate after the force of the lion's spell. Under his breath, Tatsuya cursed. He caught the detonator with a practiced swipe of his arm and recognized the design immediately, yet another symbol that the man in front of him truly was the returned Sudou, the madman that had plagued Maya's footsteps for years on-end before Tatsuya himself had dealt him a fatal blow. It was all such a complete memory, one he had never wanted to relive even after all this time...why was it only happening now, right when he had come back to the city to defend it from another threat? Did they even have time to play this game?!
"I warned you," the low voice of the young man bit back fiercely as Leo made his exit, hands gripping the hilt of his sword and the detonator tossed in his direction tightly, "Next time, your a** is mine." His last words were spoken to the air, but they slipped out anyway, allowing him to put a period at the end of the conversation and a promise towards their next encounter as well. If Leo thought that Tatsuya was still the same young man who could be intimidated by these threats, his nerves wrecking at the idea of the terror to come, he was underestimating his growth since those days. He also knew that with the War coming soon, Leo wouldn't have the same freedom to move that he had back then, either. Joker obviously had plans for the Crystals which lingered in the sky above, and there was no way he could expect to overcome all of their enemies, including the Shogunate's forces that descended upon them, without Leo's power. Though he was a loose cannon who might find a way to wedge his attacks into the war, he would also not disobey Joker's will. They had time to prepare for the next attack...but for the War itself, they were running out. It was with that thought in mind that his weapon slid back into the sheath at his waist, his persona flashing out of sight as the detonator tucked into the inner pocket of his red racing jacket. His body twisted around and feet carried him to the others, no doubt shaking away some of the cobwebs Leo's attack had hung inside of their heads, and with his hands free, helped bring Rirouku, Tadao, Tai, and Hitomi back to their feet. Of course, he knew there was another person there alongside them at this point, but dealing with them would be difficult until they actually chose to appear before them. Instead of worrying about the ghost, he decided to check on the others...sizing up each of these newcomers once they had stood to their feet before brushing away a bit of ash and debris from his shoulder in a casual gesture.
"It was foolish to rush in headlong at an enemy you know nothing about, like that. You're just like Michel was...back then," the biker sighed curtly, and glanced towards the burning gymnasium, knowing there was nothing he could do to stop the destruction therein for now. It was too far gone for a water spell...such a waste. He could only be thankful he hadn't actually seen any flames from the Silverman Manor before their enemy left. But...that was just an idle thought. It's not as though he could simply walk up to Steven and ask him if everything was all right anymore. So much had changed in only a couple of years...but everything was still the same. It was eerie...and unnatural. His gaze turned back to the group of newcomers after his words had taken a moment to set in, and there was something sharp inside his eyes. He understood their plight, and he could more than sympathize...but it wasn't in him, nor would it do any good, to sugar coat the things that he needed to say to them. They were on the doorstep of a battle, a world beyond their imaginations. His only wonder was why, or rather, how it ended up being him of all people who ushered them through the gate.
"I hope this isn't all of you. I was expecting something more," the teen's analytical gaze scanned them all...this team was so diverse: a clumsy cosplayer, a slick but thick-headed b*****d, a GQ pirate, and a relatively normal-looking girl...yeah, they just about fit the mismatched mold of his own team back then. He wasn't sure if that was a good or bad thing, anymore. "So, out with it...tell me who you are and what you're doing here. I gathered that you're the persona-users trying to protect this city. ...Now tell me the rest of your story. While we still have time to talk."
