Nagrom's Quarters is a old styling Gothic Victorian room. It comprises of two separate rooms, the main is his desk and his library. While the second is more personal, it has a bed and a few personal items, not many people go up there so I'm not going to put a picture up yet.
Okay time for some dimensions for you. The room is square on the one side where the door to enter is, but on the to her side, where Nagrom's desk is, is rounded with the stair case. The rooms dimensions is 6 meters by 12 meters and is 6 meters tall, the entrance wall is the one with 6 meters. There are book shelves on both sides of Nagrom's office, and there are also a few glass cabinets containing a variety or strange ornaments, pouches of unknown items, vials of strange liquids and other bits and pieces.
There are also a few Katana Swords and other ornate weaponry and a few pieces of armor placed on display stands. Nagrom usually shares information about where he got these things from, But he refuses to talk about a few of the swords, only a few people know the story behind them.
On a side note, when people stay inside Nagrom's study for too long without anyone saying anything or on their own, they can begin to hear voices, whispers, things talking to each other... ghosts... lost souls...

Nagrom Hellion In His Office
Captain of Squad Eight, Nagrom Hellion sat behind his desk in his office. He had a human skull on his desk, the top of the skull had been removed and there had been cigarette resting indents carved into it. Nagrom had ether turned it into, or had it turned into an ashtray. Lifting up a Joint from the skull he took a long drag of the hand rolled stick of gold. Nagrom placed the joint back down onto the ashtray and blew smoke out into the room, believe it or not but Nagrom was working.
Nagrom did not work on paper work in the same way as other captains, mostly he had Sable Black do the work for him, he handled the over seeing of the papers before he sent them out, but she did all the hard work. He would not admit that to anyone though, it was their little secret. Nagrom had in font of him a book, it was a old leather bound lodger, and in his hand was a charcoal pencil. He was writing out a list, and drawing out a map, it was of the Soul Society, and in the notes and sketches, the outer wall looked to be destroyed.
"Yes... that would work..." Nagrom said to nobody. He quickly jotted something down, it read "52 dead in first attack wave". Nagrom took another drag of the joint before reaching for a glass of water, he blew the smoke out and took a sip. "It would work... now who would be the first captain to respond... and how would I kill them..." he said before taking another drag. "How would I kill them..." he mused looking over the room. This process continued, like it did most days when he had free time, working out the most efficient way to infiltrate, attack or steal from the Soul Society. Working out which captains would respond first, which Shinigami would get to his attack force first, how many people he would loose, how many people the Soul Society would loose. How many captains would die, once or twice he even had to right down that a few squads were completely wiped out.
Now don't get him wrong, in the beginning his calculations would almost always show his force getting destroyed, only after extensive research and practice could he now put down Captains as K.I.A. instead of 'Mildly Irritated'. He was rather happy with himself though, he was getting closer and closer to his plans main goal. Working out a fool proof strategy that would bring the Soul Society to its knees... again. He smiled lazily to himself as he left the book open and took another long drag of the Joint. He reached out and put the joint on the ashtray and lifted up a cookie, it was a jam cookie, weird yes, delicious, you had better believe. Sable had made him a batch of twelve, this was the third one he had decided to eat. A vanilla cookie based dough and a strawberry jam injected into it during the final moments of baking, Nagrom looked at his plans then back to the cookie and before taking a bite said to the cookie "Pure perfection..."
