Hey, so I've been messing around with magic for about 2 months now using my friend's decks and the Ajani vs Bolas decks. So I thought it was about time to try and make my own, tell me what you guys think and suggestions would be appreciated.

Lands:
8x - Mountains
8x - Plains
2x - Emeria, the Sky Ruin
2x - Boros Garrison

Creatures:
4x - Griffin Rider
4x - Signal Pest
4x - Goblin Wardriver
4x - Accorder Paladin
4x - Fledgling Griffin
4x - Wild Griffin
2x - Sun Titan

Spells:
2x - Semblance Anvil
2x - Cloud Key
2x - Goblin Assault
2x - Intangible Virtue
2x - Day of Judgement
3x - Honor of the Pure
1x - Elspeth, Knight-Errant

Sideboard:
2x - Griffin Guide
4x - Serra Angel
2x - Sigil of the Empty Throne
4x - Instigator Gang
3x - Spirit Mantle

I kinda want Ajani Vengeant, Mikaeus, the Lunarch, Lightning Greaves, Coat of Arms, and Timely Reinforcements because of personal preference. But I can't decide what to take out and if it's worth it.

I assume your going for a soldier/griffin theme? If so, Take a look at Elspeth Tirel. compared to Elspeth 1.0, Elspeth 2.0 does more for putting dudes on the board while Elspeth 1.0 is just used for her indestructibility. Most Boros decks shouldn't be in it for the long haul so thats also an option
Serra Angel doesn't fit too well with Coat of Arms/Door of Destinies due to lack of Soldier or Griffin typing. Though there isn't anything bad about her, Coat of Arms doesn't grant her much benefit. Diving Griffin is an older card and though it has less P/T, it is a griffin and does get the support from the others. But, Intangible Virtue seems to remove the need of Vigilance =P

You seem to be short on the instant/sorcery side.
Lightning Helix is pretty good in Boros. Most of the time I run it over Lighting Bolt thought both are good. Just a suggestion.
Boros Fury-Shield is a highly useful and very powerful spell.
Timely Reinforcements is also a good card in sideboard. With a Coat of Arms/DoD, it can really pump your soldiers to powerful levels. DoD with this and Elspeth 2.0 generates quite a bit of board position and Door stays after a Wrath of God so the power of your tokens don't flop like Coat of Arms can.

Wardriver and Signal Pest don't fit into a CoA/DoD deck but they do make an alternate deck with its own play style. A weird mix of the 2 can be made using Hero of Bladehold. Though a knight, she makes soldier tokens which can get the pump from her battle cry as well.
Another powerful card, though its manacost is 5, is Balefire Liege. Both an anthem and a reusable lightning helix, he can be quite painful when casting Lightning Bolt, Lightning Helix and Boros Fury-Shield.

Just throwing out ideas. Do with them as you like and hope it helps a little biggrin
