The Unexpected HelpersA Holiday Roleplay  (Please ignore the cars in the photo.) In the quaint little town of Oldsburg, nothing ever seems to happen. It is too far for armies to bother raiding it, it is too unremarkable for visits from the king, whoever it is this year, and it's too dull for visitors to visit, if they had ever heard of it at all. The small children even believe it is too remote for their dear Santa Claus to stop by. That's right, the legend of Santa does not exist here! Every child here knows where their toys come from-- Mrs. Tott's Toy Shop. However it's now owned by some strange corporation in the east.
It seems that the Grinch has already done his job, so who is left to restore the holiday cheer? Not the parents-- they're too busy working or reading the newspaper, if there was news that day to report. Merchants and shopkeepers don't seem to care, the old fat guy in a red suit isn't ruining their customer base. Of course the rich kids don't care, they still get their gifts without having to be good!

2. This is mainly children, if you are RPing an adult please keep adult themes to a minimum. Keep this fun for everybody!
3. Nekos/Half-breeds/Talking animals/etc are allowed, however I want to try to keep this as realistic as humanly possible. (So like, no 4 year olds summoning tornadoes and giant rainstorms whenever they get an attitude, small things like telepathy with your pet cat is fine.)
4. Try to stay in 3rd person.
5. Use {_______} and/or different colored text to signal OOC text.

Character Name: Sarah
Small Description: Sarah is a homeless orphan that is about 8 years old. She wanders the streets of Oldsburg, picking up scraps of food for her and her pet mouse, Ralfie. At night she curls up in her coat (a good size for an adult) and sleeps in an empty trash can unless someone offers for her to stay in their home.
Personality: Humble, soft-spoken, and good-natured. She is quick to find a solution to problems and doesn't like to fight. Despite her situation, she always has a smile on her face.
Bio: Sarah has been a homeless orphan since she was 4, and learned how to live on the streets quickly. Her parents disappeared one morning and she hardly remembers them. She doesn't really count her birthdays, and knows only basic math and grammar skills. The rest of her knowledge is in the streets.

Name: Mrs. Tiffany Tott (Prefers Mrs. Tott, Miss Tiffany or Miss Tott.)
Short Description: The ideal grandmother. Locals know her as a kind lady who does what she can for herself and others. Mrs. Tott is no pushover, however.
Personality: Well educated, friendly, helpful and always tries to give others advice.
Bio: Mrs. Tott once owned the toy store, which was famed as the best in town. Although she fought hard to keep it, the strange, unspoken corporation in the east bought her out and now runs it. Miss Tott tries not to hold a grudge to the new shop owner (and mysterious outsider), Mr. Grieves. She now runs about town helping others and advising the mayor, other merchants, and anyone who asks.

There isn't much to say about Winters, because he is always covered in black coat that also covers his mouth, which the top part of his face is covered with a goggle and head wrap, he even wore a top hat to cover his hair.
He walks around like an every day pedestrian in London, he is rather tall at the height of 6"1
Small Description : Winters is something you would call a God or some kind of fairy tale creature because of his mysterious motive and strength. While you are reading this he might be handing out gift to poor children with precise judgement about who is bad or good, or he might be stealing a naughty kid's present.
Personality: Enigmatic and mysterious, Winters' motive and perspective of everything is always different than others.

Sarah patted the tiny warm bulge in her dress pocket that was Ralfie. Her breath hung as fog in the frigid night air as she walked down 5th Street, poking through piles of trash for anything slightly nutritious. "Guess there isn't nothin' here tonight, Ralfie," she said with a tired sigh. The little gray mouse chittered and squirmed in response. The small girl sat down on the curb and stroked Ralfie's soft fur.
