Kuroi walked into a bar on a sub-tropical island, he was searching for news on the Hand Pirates current locatoin. He sat down at the bar and asked for a glass of rum. "Hey" he asked the guy sitting next to him, "I'll give you some money, for some informatoin." The bartender set the rum on the bar in front of him, "Thenk you, how much do I owe you?" "On the house" He said. "Thanks" "What type of informatoin would that be?" Kuroi took a drink of rum, "Concerning the Hand Pirates, do you know where they are?" "No but someone in this bar might." "O.K. that's good." Kuroi said. Kuroi heard someone say something about a ship, and needing more crewmates. He looked over and saw someone sitting eating some food. "Hey" he said picking up the rum and walking over, "Did you say something about a ship needing a crew?" Kuroi asked.

The guy put a knife to his back, and they walked into the back room together. "What do you want, and who do you sail with?" Kuroi asked the stange man that looked 27, he looked loke a pirate alittle. "Who's your captain?" He asked again.

"A pirate would be nice, but you still haven't answered me: Who is your captain!?" He yelled. The people in the bar probaly heard him because he heard some people rustling around. "But, if I am on your crew I should be the inventor. I know some stuff like that."

"I can help, check out my abilities!" He said and drew his gun and said "Stop or I'll shoot!" It didn't phase them, he made his shadow flare up and made them fly, they quilkly got up and said "Watch out he the devil fruit!" Kuroi smirked and made one of there shadows grab and throw against the wall. Then he made a shadow likeness of himself and it started attacking, they slashed it with swords and with every slash shadow bats flew out of him and started to attack them. They fled and the bar was abbandoned. "So, who's your captain?"

The Hand Pirates! Just what he wanted. "My name is Kuroi Tsukai, I'll be your inventor. Where's your ship?" He asked. He was already walking out of the bar and said "C'mon!"

Muerte was sailing around on El Diablo looking for a safe port to sell his latest catch for supplies for the ship and crew. He came upon a chain of islands he didn't know the name of, he decided to stop there.
After they landed he swung off the ship by the lines, "Tie it down First Mate Alicia!" He yelled to her. "Si, Capitania!" She yelled down. Muerte was just checking out the port for now, he went over to a vender and bought an apple, "Mmm" he said, flipping a coin to the vender. He walked around a bit longer and seeing little sign of the navy he started walking back to El Diablo.
"Jaques!" He yelled arriving back at the ship. "Bring the stuff!" Jaques, a big Frenchman they picked up near France, came down carrying their loot with Frederico, who was basically the ship's boy, being only 9 or 10 (nobody knew, him being an orphan before joining the dreaded Las Piratas de Infierna). "Oui, er, Si Capitania?" Muerte told them to go sell the stuff and meet him back on the ship with the money.
A while later Jaques and Frederico were back carrying the money. "Bueno!" yelled Muerte. "Okay, I'll split the money uno to uno to uno to uno to tres, for me, and you guys can go out to port today and do whatever and be back by sundown, we'll be leaving with or without you. Now off with you!" The crew excitedly scrambled down the gangplank to go screw around, except for Alicia, who usually didn't like to go out much.
Later that day they set sail, Muerte liked these islands so he decided to sail around this area for a while.

The carrier pigeon flew back. "Huh, I guess your in. We have a problem though, due to the bar fight we need to go slowly and stay unnoticded the rest of the way. Yes, it will take 'till the sun starts dropping to get there because there are so many Navy guys and the ship is at the South Dock. Let's get goin'" and Arubahto started climbing up a building. "Just cuz' we gotta stay low, doesn't mean we cannot take short cuts." He smiled at the guy and waited up top for him so they could leave.
