❝Aingel is a warrior of the Death Elves, a predatory race of elves that descended from the Bosmer, or Wood Elves. Like the Bosmer, Death Elves revere plant life, and refuse to harm it in any way, intentionally at least. To compensate, they have become cannibals, often eating the enemy dead while burying or cremating their own on the battlefield, though their diet still mainly consists of animal meat. Many people consider them savages, but Death Elves actually have a complex society. However, that doesn't stop them by being looked down upon by other elven races, and just downright rejected as people by humans. For this reason, Death Elves re the most often encountered Elven slaves on the market, since they are hunted freely by human slavers. Aingel himself was taken from his village, and pressed into the slave markets...❞
