Okay, since hats are easy I managed to make 4 more for people.
2 hats are of the Boyfriend Hat pattern that I used for my dad in November (no pics.) I did 1 in grey for my youngest brother and 1 in corrugated blue/white/brown for my foster father. Then, following the same pattern I made a black/gray/white corrugated cap for my middle brother (followed the pattern except made it without the folded brim - no pics.)
Then I made another cap, similar to the ones above, for Kusinagi (I figure she will get it before she checks in here since she is in Disneyland for a while) which was loosely based from a different pattern I found on Ravelry.
razz I made the cap pattern and, at the end, I made ear flaps that button under the chin:

I will be posting this on my Ravelry with a couple more pics.
I am also currently trying to finish up another throw blanket but, since I've been sick last week which turned into an ear infection, I have been slow on the uptake.
*EDIT*
I would like to note that, in the previous cap and beret I used the BOBBLE stitch but for this ear flap cap I used the PUFF stitch.
I will also post links to these patterns for those who don't have Ravelry accounts because they are easy and super cute when finished. Look in the Free Pattern sticky of Needle Craft.
