Name: Constantine Mandino, but preferrably known as 'Mad Stan'
Age: 21 years old
Appearance: A tall lean-built guy in his twenties, has messy long black hair and olive skin. His eyes have a gray shade, and his face contains a scar slashed across his nose to his lower part of his right eye as well as another one with staples on his forehead (the staples are holding his skin which is hiding a metal plate that was screwed into his skull). He wears a customized black cloak that covers his bare scar-filled torso (he doesn't care to put a shirt on) and black tattered pants with black boots. A black metallic gun is in place of where his left forearm should be, thus making it his gunarm.

Abilities ( Pick 3):
Shock Absorber- Ability to absorb and conduct electricity with his body for short periods of time.
Assault-Knowledge and experience with combat skills, mostly hand-to-hand, close contact and short-range strikes. Also experienced with stealth.
Sharpshooter-Knows how to handle and use a wide variety of guns, particularly snipers and rifles, and had terribly good aim.
Blade Type (Can be anything thats blade related, pick ONE):
A retractable hidden blade attached to his right arm, quite handy with close contact attacks.
Blade Abilities (Pick 3):
Electrocution- When stabbed into a target, Stan can choose to send volts of electricity into the target's body causing paralysis or broiled insides when prolonged.
Lightning rod- The blade can attract any form of electricity will, it kind of works like a lightning rod causing stan to 'charge' or absorb certain amounts of electricity.
Rifle/ Handgun (Pick Two):
A gunarm located on where his left forearm should have been. It can shoot bullets like a rifle, but can also fire a stream of lightning from its center, much like the Lightning gun in Deathmatch Classic. (if this is allowed)
Armor (Anything youd like, but not godly powerful!):
A makeshift plated shield that comes out of his retractable blade brace.
Armor Abilities ():
Gives him a temporary electric force field. The plated shield can withstand showers of bullets coming from a heavy machine gun.
Vehicle/ Mount:
A run down black Norton 850 Commando Roadster. (Yeah, he can drive with one hand)

Bio: Stan used to be one of the soldiers in the Geotech Special Forces, sworn to protect the company and its assets at all costs. But that was before he became one of Geotech's experiments, trying to make him into one of their first-ever super soldiers. He nearly died and almost never made it, but his body adapted to the changes given to him, and he became one of the first-few prototypes that survived the horrible experimentations. However, his mind and emotions became quite unstable after that, causing him to kill a lot of innocent people with his so called 'fits', and because of this he ended up killing his lover by accident. He got worse and worse after that, and it was then that he was considered a failed experiment, but as the Geotech authorities tried to subdue him, he managed to kill half of the scientists as well as the soldiers in order to escape the damned facility, and since then he has been on the run, a bounty was placed for his head, and he vowed that one day he would burn Geotech Industries to the ground for what they've done to him, even if it's the last thing he'll do.
Personality: Always seen as cold, distant from others, he's emotionally unstable (tends to have dramatic and abrupt shifts in mood, bordering on manic). Vindictive, very impulsive and aggressive, has a tendency to act first (more irrationally than irrational) before asking any questions.
