I have not read a tun yet but I would have to go with Fullmetal Alchemist. with Pandora hearts in a close 2nd

I have read many series, and still following some.
Currently I am following Bakuman, Air Gear, The World God Only Knows, and Beelzebub.
Also trying to finish To-Love-Ru...

I suppose Shugo Chara would be the best manga I have read. But then again Pandora Hearts is also one of the best manga's I have read. ;P
