Errrr. In Naruto normal orochimaru was pretty bad.

lets see.... Kabuto, orochimaru, Zabuza, Haku, evil naruto? its in the anime, idk wat happens much cuz i dont read manga, only watch anime, and the new ep comes out tomorrow..so yea razz

You seem to have left out an important person in your list of evil people: Orochimaru. I mean...what could be worse than him? He's pretty much a *****! Just think about it:
He's always referring to how he wants 'Sasuke's body'
He gave Sasuke a 'curse mark' *cough cough hickey couch couch*
He tempts Sasuke to run away with him (and succeeds I might add)
Need I go on? Cradle robbers are just the most evil people out there. And thats just the stuff he did to SASUKE. There was always Suigetsu (who was found naked in a tube. Vulnerable?), Juggo, Kabuto, Kimimaro, Sakon/Ukon, Jirobo, Kidomaru, Tayuya and SOO many other 'chakra' experiments in his base.

as of right now with reading the last chapter that came... it would have to be kabuto!! i mean he just did the most evil sage mode!!! evil
