♎ The Library ♎
The vast collection of books can be found in the room on the first floor, Above the performance Hall.The library books cover history over the earth from almost all known recorded periods of times, it has studies on secret hidden species and races that most of the world's people believed mythical or extinct; and where to find them.
Most of which, the travelling mansion owner has seen or caught at some point through-out his life.
There is an arrangement of comfortable deep old brown sofa's scattered about this room, for one's comforts when reading. The library is open to nearly all members of the circus, unless the Lord of the Manor has expressed specific wishes for that person to be banned from the room.

  UlaSea was sitting across one of the soft cushy armchairs in the library, reading his latest find. he hummed softly to himself as he turned the page, enjoying the adventure this novel offered. he'd already been through nearly 3/4 of the library, which was a testament to how many books it held because he'd been coming here to read for a while now. he took a drink of water and checked the time to make sure he wasn't running late. thankfully it was over an hour before he was needed back in the big tub so he could enjoy his book for a bit longer.

UlaSea checked the time again and sighed before checking the page he was on and closing the book. he put it back in it's place and put away his glass, finishing the water. he head out, heading for the performance halls.

Nicholas hurried into the library, scurrying up to the second floor so that he might loose the man pursuing him. He let out a soft yip as he made it, finding a place to hide before someone came into the room. Last thing he wanted was for his game to be ruined, unless it led to a better game. His tail lashed back and forth, visible enough from the door downstairs to give away his position. The yoko's bare feet rested against the floor as he crouched, making sure his deep red shirt and blue jeans weren't too visible. The ears on his head flicked slightly as he thought he heard something before he relaxed them back into their normal position.
After a while, no one seemed to be following him so Nick became disappointed. He got up and went to look at the spines of the various books. It sometimes irritated him that he couldn't read. The yoko was not taught to read since he was a demon. No one dared teach him or else they thought he was too stupid. Annoyed by his own thoughts he pulled one off the shelf at random and went downstairs to one of the sofas. Curling up in a small ball on his side he opened the book and leafed through to see if he could make any sense of the symbols. The whole time he didn't realize he had the book upside down.

Zig-zag had been wandering around most of the day. He was rather bored and looking for something fun to do. He had been looking for hours wandering the halls. He noticed a fox-boy skitter across a hall into the library. He couldn't help but snicker. He didn't follow at first. He looked around some more. He'd run into some more gloomy residents in another room and decided he'd leave that be. Afterall he was looking for entertainment. Something pulled at one of his threads he'd left connected from his last little bit of entertainment and he sighed as he realized it was probably the one who had been following the boy. He laughed a little and hardened the thread tripping the man and growing the thread in such a manner that it shimmered it's way down the hall in the wrong direction waiting for the man to follow. Once he was sure he took the bait he retracted the thread properly allowing it to go unseen leaving the man clueless.
He shook his head a little and walked into the library using a little trick he'd picked up to slip into the library without a sound. He snuck up on the fox boy and dropped a stack of books on him. "You may wanna try those first." He said with a snicker.

Nicholas didn't notice as Zig-Zag came into the library, scowling at the pages of the book incomprehensibly. When the books were dropped on him he let out a yip and tumbled off of the couch, his fur bristling as he looked to see who had dumped the books on him. When he saw the man he calmed, grinning slightly before scrambling back onto the couch. His ears twitched as he settled onto the arm of the couch with his bare feet keeping him balanced on the piece of furniture.
"Why would I want to try them first? Are they about something interesting?" Nick asked, tilting his head slightly as he looked up at the man. The yoko was shorter than Zig-Zag and slouching slightly to seem even smaller than he was. His eyes were bright and curios, following the man's every movement with rapt attention.

Zig-zag laughed a bit and shook his head. He was a bit surprised at how fast Nicholas got up and more so at how interested the boy was. Truth be told they were just the nearest stack he could find. He hadn't even read the titles yet. "You are an interesting one you know that?" He walked around the couch picking up the books and putting them on a nearby table before sitting down. "I hate to be the one to tell you this but you had the book upside down." He said with a teasing smirk as he moved his hands up and started to tie his hair back. "This library doesn't have a lot of material you can learn to read with. At least not unless you can read another language already to compare the patterns. Even then it would take you years to understand it just by comparing." He said with a shrug lightly tossing his hair back sending a rain of needles back just relaxing himself into the couch now as his hair slowly returned to it's normal length.

Nicholas pouted slightly as Zig-zag laughed at him, his fluffy ears twitching slightly. "Yes, I know that," he said, smiling with a slight gleam in his eyes as he climbed onto the back of the couch and crouching behind the man's shoulders while the dark haired man moved the books. "Upside down?" he asked, frowning and trying to mess up Zig-zag's hair so that he wouldn't be able to tie it back properly. Sliding down onto the couch and tossing his head he pouted at the man. "I can read just fine," he said, not wanting to admit he couldn't read at all in any language. "You must have seen wrong." With a yip the yoko jumped from the couch to one of the small tables and crouched there looking at the books that the man had suggested though he could only recognize them by the smell since he couldn't read the titles.

Zig-zag laughed a little as the boy claimed he could read. He shook his head a bit. "Well then." He stood up and picked up a book opening to a random page reading it over a moment then pointing to a word and showing it to Nicholas. "What's his word right here? Also believe me it's not a hard word." He said pointing to the word 'In'. He knew if Nicholas couldn't read that there was no way he could read anything in this room. He didn't really want to make the boy feel bad about it but if there was one thing he wouldn't stand for it was someone blatantly lying to him.

The fox sulked as Zig-zag laughed at his claim to read. Nick tried to pretend to read some more before the man asked him to identify the word he was pointing to. His fluffy ears drooped and he looked down, fidgeting with his ears. "I-I don't know," he murmured, his face flushed slightly as his ears laid against his head and his tail was limp in his hands.
Sulking slightly Nick went back over to the couch, curling up on the other side of the couch from Zig-zag. He looked up at the other man through his bangs, his toes wiggling slightly as he settled into the cushions. "Do you really know what it says?" he asked, a slight gleam in his eyes again.

Zig shook his head a little putting the book down and leaning over wrapping himself around the fox boy and pulling him into his lap. "I'm not trying to make you feel bad you know. I just really don't like being lied to. Tell you what kid. I'll teach you how to read if you promise to keep me entertained." He said with a grin. Oh he had plans for this boy now. He would have a lot of fun with this and he doubted Nick would have any idea what was in store for him when he agreed to this. Not that Zig thought either of them would dislike the results.

Nick let out a startled yip as Zig-zag pulled him into his lap, flushing slightly as he oriented himself on the man's lap. In the end he was straddling the man's lap, settled there rather comfortably. "You would teach me to read for entertainment?" he asked, tilting his head and letting his ears show that he was thinking about the offer. He smiled slightly and nodded slightly. "Alright, I'll keep you from being bored in exchange for being taught to read," he said, his tail swishing as he wondered if the man would regard being pranked as entertained. If not, well at least the man wouldn't be bored most likely.

Zig smiled hearing the boy yip and grinned a bit as the boy straddled his lap. He laughed a little as the other accepted his offer. Then he nodded a bit. "Well then let's seal the deal then shall we?" He asked with a playful grin as he ran his hand up and around the side of Nick's neck moving through his hair and pulling him gently down as he kissed the boy deeply moving his other hand to grobe the fox boy's a** teasingly. Zig was going to enjoy this quite a bit. If only for the teasing and of course there was never any doubt he could get what he wanted out of the boy if he wanted it enough to take it. Again he doubted there would be a real problem.
