The captain is talking about dumpster diving, and the item I'm trying to obtain is the Y-Paddle it's the only nosebleed effect item that I know of out there.
If you need gold you can try doing some art for someone or doing something else that might get you paid, but it depends on how much and how fast you need it, if you were a cute girl you could make a quickie sign and get good gold, but guys actually have to have talent to make gold, I would recommend investing in something that might get you good money fast
