The Watch Tower is the Headquarters of the Justice League. Once an orbital space station, it has been brought down to Earth in Metropolis as the League's active headquarters. This where League Members live, train, and coordinate their efforts to protecting the world. This is where Generation Beyond resides, this is where their stories begin.

The Watch Tower is a 20 story facility located in the heart of Metropolis. Boasting some of the world's most advanced technology, it is a highly secure structure with state of the art security working 24/7.
Floors 1-5: Administration
The first five floors of the Watch Tower are delegated to all staff of the facility. These are the ones that keep the Tower running, Employed via Wayne-Powers, these workers are the gears that keep the machine turning.
Floors 6-10: Dormitories and Training/Recreation Center
Floors 6-8 are the living quarters for all League Members. Each dormitory is equipped with a full-size bed, desk, chair, and a fully equipped bathroom. Two kitchens adorn the opposite sides of each floor with full appliances, and laundry rooms are located in the opposite of elevators in the center of each floor. Floors 9 and 10 are the Training and Rec Centers. These floors contain all that is necessary for which to keep one in their best physical condition. A fully equipped gymnasium, swimming pool, and even a martial arts studio. It also boasts a state of the art combat training center where League Members can use robotic opponents to improve their combat abilities.
Floors 11-15: Science Labs and Medical Center
These floors have a fully working center for scientific research and development. Taking every precaution for any radiation, biological, chemical, or whatever possible threat, the labs all have a protocol that includes full lock down, oxygen deprivation, and even poison gas distribution. If all else fails, thermite explosives can be activated reducing the labs to mere scrap, leaving anything in there reduced to nothing. There are also full on medical centers with a working operating room for any emergencies. There's a direct freight elevator from here to the Hangar in an emergency.
Floors 16-18: Library and Records Hall
Decorated for a calming experience, the library has hundreds of thousands of volumes for anyone in the facility to use.
Floors 19-20: Hangar
The Hangar is where all aerial vehicles are placed. Also used as the launching point for any JL mission. Special elevators are available for emergency use for any League Member or for the Medical wing for any emergency.
